Wow that's just crazy! We all know the prison system doesn't rehabilitate, he's going to come out worse than he's going in. That poor kid needed a better lawyer or something. There should have been some loop holes in that law

I can not believe that the state of Georgia can send that boy to prison, while he is being punished for a bogus law, and that asshole prosecutor needs the shit kicked out of him. You can't possibly tell me that he was a perfect little angel when he was younger. He probably did the exact same things as Wilson, but he has te audacity to tell him to "take his medicine". Apparently someone has a major ego that he can't stand to allow be deflated. I seriously want to smack the shit outta him. It's oppressive and wrong in every single way. I can't get over it. It's crap.

shelley, i don't think the girl claimed rape. the rape charge was based solely on the video evidence that he recieved oral sex from a minor. she admitted she initiated the act.

i remember the dixon case from a few years ago. i can't believe georgia has done this yet again.

What it more or less comes down to in my opinion, is that if this girl had half a brain in her head or was not such a hoochie, this whole thing never would have even happened. Honestly, if she had just gone home and tried to think things over on her own if she even could, instead of calling the cops and crying rape no cops would have shown up at the hotel room, and no video tape would have been found. It ticks me off that these boys will be branded sex offenders for the rest of their lives, but the parents of this girl got off scott free. Where the hell were they? No 15 year old should be allowed to be out all night long. I can guarantee you that I wouldn't have waited until the next morning when my daughter came home and said she'd been raped to call the cops. No way in hell, she would have been allowed to be out all night long. I would have called the cops on her butt to bring her home, and I know I sound like a militant bitch but it wouldnt' matter if it was New Years Eve or not. If she isn't at a home where I know that there is a responsible adult constantly present she'd be home with me.

It seems to me like there was some very irresponsible parenting all around.
