Bitterness gathers like dust till you find your way out

Bitterness gathers like dust and makes you want to shout.

Bitterness gathers like dust and makes you feel blue.

Bitterness continues to gather oh girl if you only knew how bad I want you.

Bitterness hit me hard when I tried to let you know.

Bitterness hit me hard when I heard you say so.

I heard those words that you didn't care about how I feel.

The feelings must've been true becasue the pain is so real.

The pain it hit hard when I heard you say you didn't also want me.

The pain it still burns as I wonder why this is to be?

Another one i've tried to have and another failure I see.

I continue to only find those that don't want me.

Bitterness tries to continue to gather around my heart

Bitterness surging and making me want to not even start.

Never to put my heart on the line again,

because I never want to feel this pain again.

Bitterness lurking around the corner waiting for me

Bitterness laughing and mocking me.

Waiting for me once again to pounce

seeing if me once again it can trounce.

I vote to myself I will never loose this fight,

I won't be bitter I won't leave the light.

I will win and not let bitterness defeat me.

If I can win may be I can still find someone to be with me.
