Here we are, sweeps have pretty much started. How do you guys think things will end?
I am thinking that Mateo Ruiz will end up saving someones life, I am thinking either Sam or Liz...or maybe even Carly.
I am also thinking that Liz will get hurt in some way that will force her to reveal the paternity of the baby, like what happened with the couple she worked with.
Robin will be shot, but I am quite certain that she will be fine.
I am pretty sure that Scotty will be involved in this "shipment" some how....
I think Scotty will not be related to the shipment directly but may get involved to help other people out, or that he was trying to get the shipment stopped.
I agree that Liz's child's paternity is going to be revealed, but it may not be a mass reveal. Maybe one more person will learn it, and something tells me it won't be Lucky or Jason.
Mateo is likely to get involved in the explosion scene in some way or form.
Robin is definitely shot, we've seen this all ready but I will guess that Noah will perform the surgery to save her and not Patrick who will immediately jump to proposal level in the relationship due to this.
Patrick's HIV test will be in limbo until Robin comes out of the bullet surgery and he will be fine.
Jax will return just in time to realize Carly married Sonny but he will understand. The hostage crisis will cause Carly to re-evaluate her feelings for Sonny, possibly due to something heroic he does during the standoff. This will further the Carly-Jax-Sonny triangle to another level.
Something tells me Mac, Rodriguez or another cop will be wounded during the standoff.
Scotty Baldwin will be revealed as the real killer of Ric Webber.

I think I did read that Mac will die, I also read that Max will too...and its sad, I love Max.
And something tells me that maybe Robin will need blood and Patricks HIV test will come into play somehow
I agree somewhat on the Liz prego reveal...I am kinda thinking that Sam will find out, not tell Jason, then he will find out she knew and didnt say and lookie here we have a fight

okay, i've read that four body bags will be filled by the time is all said & done.
max gets shot & milo stages a hostage situation at GH b/c everyone is so focused on tending to precious ~~~ please note: this is sarcasm~ ~~~ robin. i've also read that mac will die. then we have the passing of alan (done deal). have read speculation that the fourth will be ric....i'm hoping it's luke!
now don't hold me to all this....this is just what i've heard lol. we all know how they like to float things to get us all stirred up.
i do believe the baby reveal will happen this month. more reveal on sam's secrets. patrick will talk the hostages through robin's surgery & it will be carly bearing the weight of this....as in doing the surgery. emily may be tending to alan post heart attack.
we already know that sam escapes somehow....we've seen that already. we also now who who THREE is. most speculation had maxie i the vault w/three of the hostage takers....not someone named THREE lol.
i think that GH does the best sweeps of any of the abc soaps....or GL's either. i'm in constant anticipation!

GH is definitely doing the best sweeps. And I couldnt disagree with you more about the Luke thing. Anyways, no way would they give him the leeway that they give him just to kill him off.
***Actual Spoilers**** Anyways, I think it was Ravens spoilers (yes I was shocked too that she did some GH ones)...anyways it says that Liz starts to have baby pains at the same time that Alan has his heart troubles. I guess Mr. Craig makes Emily decide which one gets to leave, Alan or Liz.
It also says somewhere that Skye is going to try and fix things so that everyone doesnt blame Lorenzo....Im not sure if that is before or after her dad dies because Lorenzo brought Mr. Craig to town.
Oh and how I hope that the third body bag is Ric's.
I'm going to add to my prediction and say that Maxie is going to somehow get involved with Three and manage to keep him from getting in trouble for the hostage takeover.

So Bran was right about the baby reveal being small and only one person being involved, but it is Jason who knows and not anyone else.
So far there are no deaths of major characters, Alan will soon but hasn't yet. Robin of course made it out okay so far. Wonder if they will show the major surgery on tv.
Mac wasnt even injured so far, and Max was shot but it seems he was okay. I guess Mateo saved Max from getting shot again, but that wasnt as serious as if he had saved one of Manny's tortured victims.
And what on earth happened to Scotty, where did he go?

I was mostly right. So she did reveal it, but it was to Jason. Not surprising they went this way but it's better that someone else knew it because Elizabeth wasn't going to keep it to herself for long.

Sure enough he was. He kills a hostage taker and gets shot. I would say that's pretty darn involved.

Okay so Robin got shot, the relationship definitely jumped up the scales because of this and I'm still holding out for a proposal down the road. It's too bad Noah couldn't have been the doctor to do Robin's final surgery but Dr. Lee is just as good.

So we're still waiting on Jax's return which is slated for the week of Feb 29th. The crisis definitely caused Carly to re-evaluate Sonny and Sonny did do some heroic things during the stand off. And I do suspect by the time March rolls around things in this triangle will just begin to heat up

Okay so Lucky and Rodriguez got a little beat up during the stand off but doesn't appear any police personnel got hurt at all. So I was off on this one

Scotty wasn't around long enough to be revealed as the killer. I still believe he did it but we'll probably get down to that for the next sweeps or that in-between sweeps area.

Okay so she stopped him from blowing the lobby, helped him change out of hostage taker clothes so he didn't get caught, I'd say this was dead on.
All and all I'd say I did pretty good and there are still some things that are out there so I could still come in better, but at least sweeps was as entertaining as I had hoped it would be.
