thats sad that she died so soon after her daughter was born....I thought she was annoying most of the time,but dang...I wonder if they will say she died the same way her kid did

It's really weird, I was looking at a photo of her today, I was going thru an old magazine cutting out stuff for my collage, and I stopped at a page about her and her son, and it's about the time she passed away cuz I was watching soaps....

I was wondering the same thing. I feel sorry for this poor little girl who is stuck in the middle of everything and now she loses her mother on top of it all.

True I just hope that he's not a total loser.

Oh well that will be sad if it's suicide. I hope they figure out who the daddy is and the little baby gets raised right!

she certainly wasn't my cup of tea, but my heart broke for her when her son died. they did have a remarkable relationship.

it was horrible to watch her give interviews whild she was under the influence which seemed more often than not.

i've not heard anything about this being a suicide tho the thought crossed my mind.

autopsy will be done today per GMA reports. legal experts are saying that first a determination will have to be made regarding paternity. saidly i think it's the *other guy* & not her lawyer/partner. if she were sure it was lawyer/partner there would have been no heistation to allow the paternity test to move forward. daddy will get custody & then decisions can be made perusant to the law suit over the inheritance. i imagine lawyer/partner will be compelled to return to the states w/the little girl. a guardian ad litem will be appointed until all this is sorted.....including the inheritance stuff.

she couldn't have been in good shape since she was travelling w/a nurse.

She kind of reminds me of Marilyn Monroe. I mean yeah Marilyn had more class but they both lead very tragic lives and both died at young ages. I believe Marilyn was 36 (or was it 46), and Anna is 38. Now if she died from an overdose of sleeping pills that would be quite eery.

According to an e-talk TV show last night, Anna had said that she tried to emulate Marilyn Munroe, so the comparisons are fair enough, IMHO. There was a photo of her in a Marilyn style dress (white, I think, like the one she wore in the 7 Year Itch) with her on the hood of a car, stuffing the dress between her legs. The Marilyn comparison was unavoidable! I don't think Anna actually "got" what Marilyn was all about, but there ya go, lol.

Well I guess the main difference was Marilyn Monroe had talent. Anna Nicole Smith had.... "talents". lol

No she was just born a few months ago. So she's not even a year, may not even be six months.

there is just too much drama surrounding this poor family. And I can see why people would compare her to Marilyn Monroe, I mean Marilyn was more talented but from the stories you read her morals certainly weren't any better.

Anyways, I hope that this all gets resolved soon so that her poor mom can grieve for her. Losing a grandson, a daughter and who knows maybe a new granddaughter too all in a year is just too much.

I wasnt a huge fan of hers either, but boy did my heart break for her when she lost her son...from what I read the two of them were a little like kindred spirits. Too sad

dani lynne is only five months old at this point. not a chance in hell she'll remember a thing. they do need to get her settled in a permanent home ASAP b/c w/all the possible switching around she could end up w/attachment issues that can cause her life long problems. she is i a critical bonding stage of development. who even knows how much bonding she did w/anna nicole who was so devastated by the death of her son. she may not have been able to focus on dani the way she should have.

according to news reports this a.m. there were no pills found in her system during the autopsy. they are waiting for toxicology reports to come back which i think take at least a couple of weeks for initial reports. no brain hemorrhage, heart damage, etc. at autopsy.

You know, this is a really sad situation.

Yes, I'm aware she had her share of rediculous situations, but the woman is dead. I'm so sick of everyone talking about horrible of a person she was. That was just who she was. She craved the spotlight, good or bad, and that was her decision. She was horribly misled by the people in her life, and all of these talking heads and other people who have been gabbing and gabbing and gabbing about how much of a whore she was, or how crazy she was, or how drunk andl looney she was is awful. Frankly, It disgusts me. The poor woman is dead. Dead. And to boot, there are three men claiming to be baby DannieLynn's daddy?

The only person I'm concerned about in this whole situation is that baby. That poor thing is going to grow up and have to hear about all the awful things her mother did. I at least someone has some wonderful memories to share with her.

At the end of the day, there is only one thing that matters to me in this situation, and that is that an innocent baby has lost its mother.

I know that it must be terribly difficult. However, I'm finding it difficult to muster a lot of sympathy for her mother. She went on Good Morning America the day after her daughter died and painted her out to be a druggie. I don't care if my son was a druggie, I wouldn't got on a talk show the day after he died and talk about him like that. Perhaps she is acting out of grief, I don't know.

And I agree with you about Howard K. Stern. There has been lots of talk that he was the one enabling her lifestyle, even encouraging it. He seems shady to me as well. I thought the same thing of him when Daniel died as well.
