Marcie tells Lindsay that she secretly wishes that she'll be the one to figure out who killed Spencer.
Paige tells a surprised Bo about her call from Spencer. She watched everyone file on up to the meeting, but she isn't planning to go up herself just yet. John's there and can take care of it, she says.
Spencer starts his preamble to the reading of his will, pissing off most people in the room. Blair visibly winced, lol.

Yeah - it was a blast from the past I could have lived without.
Antonio tells Jess he has to go now, and he loves her, leaves Nash alone with Jess. Jess says he shouldn't be there.
Cole and Starr atart a disagreement over whether or not to give up on their relationship. Starr gets an idea who can help them.
Truman smirks and thanks Marty for helping avoid a jury through her subconscious hatred of Todd, and gives her a certificate commemorating her impartiality (or something). Dorian's turn is a dig about David, and is left a mirror so she can stare away at the only person who actually loves her. There was a dig at Van, too, for letting her feeling for Todd Manning cloud her judgement.
Cole sees Tate in the diner, they stop to chat. Cole identifies himself as the loser responsible for his coming to talk to the school about drug use.
Antonio and Talia are at the most recent arson site. She has her hair down, looking kind of fetching. Flash over to Nash and Jess together. OMG.
Dorian stops by Paige and Bo, encourages Paige to get up to Truman's will reading. Back upstairs, Truman is telling Todd that he was never more than a thorn in his rear, then taunts him about never finding his son, and leaves Todd the blanket he wrapped the baby in after he was born. Michael walks in to hear that Spencer left a gift for Todd's son.
As Lindsay leaves Marcie's place, Starr arrives, and she has a box for Marcie that Roxy gave her to take upstairs - someone had left it for her at the front desk.
Hey, I like this new guy, Tate. His conversation with Cole was a snore, but I like the actor!
Starr starts to ask her favour of Marcie by buttering her up, lol. Marcie says she can't possibly give her advice on how to deal with Cole because the parents have made it very clear what they want, even involved the chancellor of the school. Marcie says the only advice she can give is to lie low and watch her back, but will deny she ever sid that, should anyone ask.
Jess wants Nash to take Brennan for the night, to which he agrees so Jess can spend a night with Antonio. Meanwhile, Talia is pouring Antonio a cup of her special coffee while they settle in on the stake-out.
Paige decides to go up to the Truman meeting after Bo's encouragement. After she leaves, Bo invites Dorian for a drink while he waits for Paige, but she declines saying she needs to freshen up. She then calls Lindsay to tell her to dress in something slinky and come to the Palace bar.
Michael scoots out of the meeting in a hurry. Back to Truman and his address to his beloved Blair. He calls her the lying manipulative whore that Todd said she was all along. Then truman takes credit forT&B never being able to be together again. Todd will never forgive her for making love over and over again to him, then has the lawyer present her with his engagement ring as a reminder. She doesn't want it.
Now it's Paige's turn. Spencer leaves her a bottle of cheap champagne, reminds her never to drink and slice.
Tate an Cole again...about steroids being bad, and ther's more to life han ball games. Starr's back now, so Tate says bye and gives Cole his card. He should call any time.
Nash says an awkward goodnight since Brennan is asleep. Jess swoons - she's dizzy. Nash asks if she's pregnant again. OMG, please NOOOOO! Antonio tries to call Jess to tell her he'll be a while but has no signal. He leaves Talia to find a better spot to call.
Marcie, acting like a nut case, rips open the present from Truman.
Lindsay's confused when Dorian meets her at the Palace and chastises her for not being in a sexy outfit. She's supposed to work her magic on Bo and have him make a statement clearing Rex.
Truman admits to all that he was responsible for loosening the stitches on Thomans McBain, and watching him bleed to death. He then leaves John with the challenge of finding his killer and making the bastard pay.
Starr and Cole have paranoid moment because Tate seemed to know they were a couple. Whatever.
Lindsay joins Bo for a drink.
Jess says she isn't pregnant for sure, but something feels "off". As she holds her head, Nash asks her if she's still Jessica.
Michael burst throught the door just in time to prevent marcie from reading the note enclosed with the silver baby cup.
Spencer announces he's left all his loot to a person who is pure of heart, pure unadulterated goodness, then shows an old video of the deformed Miles who has been institutionalised all his life. The guy's a mess.
Previews next:
Vincent asks Nat if she has problems with McBain.
Marcie wants Michael to tell her why he is so upset. Michael is holding the baby mug with the initials TMJ on it.
Nash tells Jess that he doesn't want Tess back because he'd miss her (Jess).
Everyone in Spencer's suite wonders who the hell is this Miles guy. Just then a handsome man enters and says that it would be him. "I'm Miles."

We have to get you a second tv, Jess. What's hubby doing home in the middle of the day, anyway?
It was a fairly okay episode, certainly better than earlier this week. Tate's cool, and cute. Miles looks like he'll be interesting. He came across as an innocent babe-in-the-woods type. Dorian's deep into her scheming mode - I didn't like her scenes with Lindsay, Paige and Bo today. She was a little too over the top for me. I usually love RS, but today, not so much. Marcie bugged me today. She did this crazy manic thing over opening the present.
