Bo tells John about the Capricorn fire and why the hell is he holding Balsam and his brother overnight. Bo's a bit ticked, threatens to reassign John to another case. John stops Bo with the info that there's eveidence that Mike killed Truman and Rex is covering for him. John doesn't believe Rex killed Truman, but the two guys are hiding something. John thinks his brother might possibly be the killer - he doesn't want to believe it....blech. I'm so sick of this s/l.
Miles and Marty chat. She's making a shrink house call on John.

There's a fairly decent Todd and Blair scene at the diner. She claims that they are over, she doesn't care what he does. He disagrees.
Hey, Tina - if you're out there, take over here if you feel like it, or anybody, for that matter. I need a little break from this show. I look at the TV and just want to turn it off. There isn't anything left that I care about, at least not today.
Oh wait - Nash and Jess again. But nope - she's all about Antonio and he feels guilty especially since he knows she loves him (Nash). Then she goes into her husband's room and acts all loving. UGH.
And now Van and Cris - he officially breaks it off with her.
Blair tells todd his affair doesn't bother her but it was wrong to hurt cristian, todd says van was just comforting me, Blair is all sarcastic oh why, he says my son just died
Cris is so pig headed, he says its over
Jess and Nash more guilt, tonio is asking for her, he's better now that she's there
It;s all rather boring, cuz they're all repeating the same old conversations
Hmph - I liked the flashback scenes between Nash and Jess, just wish to hell that they weren't together on the sly. And now we're trteated to Marty and Miles.
Marty tells JOhn about Miles and arresting Mike must be hard, if you want to talk
John and Bo think maybe Rex covered for Mike, Bo says let's make a case that Mike was saving Blair and Nora can do a plea bargain, John says I'm glad you say that
Cris still ranting that Van cheated, then his mom called about Tonio and he barked at her too. He's really an ass Van insists to go to the hospital with him
Todd learns about Jess by the waitress at the diner, so he is heading to the hospital too
Tonio asks about Nash and the girls and how did you two get trapped?
nash was just daydreaming about all his kissing sessions with Jess
Marty told Miles why John doesn't like her, that she thought spencer was insane and Miles said that makes sense to him and he told Marty she was beautiful
Jess looks really slim today in Navy.
Rex and Mike still sticking to their story they aren't allowed visitors or lawyers, John is being a hard ass but they are going to hang tough

Miles joins Blair at the diner and says the two people I know are hated and she says who? he says Mitch was my brother, look of shock by blair. Also he told her mike was arrested, and she says he's not the type to murder anyone
Bo and Talia - don't let this get personal, she says it has been for a while, her injury was minor

Tonio asking jess about storage room, she say she had to get away and he says in a storage room? Then Cristian walks in, Jess said Tonio rescued us, Tonio says Jess and Nash wer in the storage room, and of course Cristian gives jess a really mean look, he's a dick!
Van and Todd arrive in the hall at the same time, outside Tonio's room, she doesn't look happy to see him
Vangies tells todd don't go in Tonio's room then he does Cristian says to get out, and asks Jess why in the storage room? Nash comes in and Cristian tells him to get out Tonio says nash can stay, nash tells tonio I have something to tell you
in the mean time Cristian is pushing, hitting Todd in the hall, Vangie says stop
Blair says to miles mitch and spencer were both crazy and he says well you lied to spencer about loving him
Marty asking john about his feelings and arresting his only family
Nash thanks tonio Cris and Todd still fighting, both get kicked out Blair says to Miles whoever killed spencer saved my life Mike says to rex I can't believe you killed a man, Rex spits out his water and says you think I did it??? Miles can't believe spencer was the same man he knew and blair says the more you learn the more you will hate him (making spencer sound like he had DID) john - will find the person Marty - even if it's your brother?
I won't be here tomorrow, I finally go to court for that fender bender. My insurance says the witness on the police report did see me stop and so they (my insurance) are pursuing the woman who hit me (her insurance) to pay for the damages.
But why did the cop ticket me then? I hope she does not show up at all, and it's just thrown out of court. It really should be. I think the very young police officer made a mistake and probably realized it later.
So say a prayer it's just all forgotten and deleted and I don't have to pay!
