She chose Antonio so this would drag on forever! I think she does love Antonio, and he's probably the more stable choice. But she is drawn to Nash, the bad boy!

It'll be Antonio because Higley likes torturing viewers. But we'll get Jess and Nash eventually, long after anybody gives a damn, lol.

I've read it spoiled in several places...
From soapoperanetwork:
"Jessica chooses her husband over the father of her child. Heartbroken, Nash pulls her into a kiss and then walks away. "
Other spoilers suggest she actually writes down Nash's name, so we the audience know it's who she really wants, but she stays with Tonio.
