Arg - I lost the first 10 minutes of this post. The DNA said Cain is not Jill's son and Amber makes a big deal out of it, insists they retake the test. Jill is more accepting of the results but both she and Cain are obviously disappointed.
There was a bit with Phyllis and Brad about her blackmail efforts, then Victoria turned up. Nothing really happened other than Brad's ego going over the top.
Chow is about to dig into Jack's background and wants to interview Phyllis. She says she knows almost everything there is to know about him. and other than his girlfreind here, (Sharon) she's his biggest fan. Chow says according to his research, Phyllis has a technicolour past, but she isn't daunted.
Colleen, JT, and the professor all argue over the dean's phone number being on JT's cell. The boys escalate the arguement into a pissing contest so she eventually kicks JT and Adrian out. She calls somebody, says she needs some help.
Cain and Jill hug, accept the results of the test. Amber still can't. Cain comforts her, but she keeps at it. Both Jill and Cain agree to take the test over again and Kay will make the arrangements for first thing in the morning.
Sharon buttonholes Brad, tells him about Phyllis getting the third degree from Chow and is fed up with the teflon red-head never getting what she deserves.
Lily comes to Colleen's and offers that Colleen might be looking for a reason to hate JT so she won't feel so guilty about cheating on him.
JT's drinking at the GCAC and Victoria joins him as the dean comes along and JT greets her as his "date".
Chow brings up Phyllis's affair with Nick while still seeing Jack, but Phyllis is yet again unfazed. She advises Chow never to rely on one source for the truth.
Jack flatters Phyllis on her work and how well she handled the Chow interview, and how much she has changed in a positive way. Sharon comes along, offers her help but Phyllis dismisses her rather rudely. There's a lot of strain between the women.
Colleen tells Lily that JT came to her and asked that they start over, but she blew him off, then she lies to Lily about why Adrian came back to her house as Rocky calls and she makes a date with him. Lily rolls her eyes - just what she needs, another guy.
Seems that JT really was doing PI work for the dean on cheaters in the school. She thanks him for his excellent work. Meanwhile, Adrian comes into GCAC and the 2 guys stare each other down. (There was a really good scene earlier when Adrain and Colleen both believed JT was the one to call the dean to report them and JT was spitting out that he had other business with her that had nothing to do with the two of them. He's pretty much had it with Colleen now.)
Adrian stops by Viki's table where she's eating, starts up a chat about the "novelesque" adventure then gets around to asking her to makae part of the Newman collection public. She says she can't overlook his relationship with her step-daughter. He tells her their relationship is over.
Colleen is getting ready for her date with Rocky and Lily ios skeptical about Colleen's motive for the date.
Jill's saddened that she got her hopes up Cain was her son, but she raised Phillip and buried him - he was her son.
Amber's doing internet research on DNA errors. Cain's changed his mind about retaking the test - can't put Jill through that again.
Sharon begins to explain to David how she and Nick lost their connection after Cassie's death, how Phyllis took advantage of her husband when he was most vulnerable. Phyllis appeaars at the door, smirks. (This conversation took place because Sharon wanted David to hear the truth about her break up with Nick and how Phyllis factoreed into it.)
LOL, Phyllis says to David that Sharon forgot to tell him that she eats small children for breakfast. Phyllis quasi-threatens Sharon with her ONS with Brad in NYC, in a vague but well understood way.
Kay proposes a plan - they find out who the son Jill raised really was and work backwards to find her biological one.
Amber keeps at Cain about the test, but he holds his ground, says they should make a fresh start in Australia. She winces as he nuzzles her.
JT's getting drunk, blubbering about Korbel and Viki tells him he's had enough. When Viki says Korbel told her he and Colleen were over, he said when pigs fly, or something. Just then, Colleen enters and warmly greets Rocky, then introduces him to her step-mother as Korbel looks on from the other end of the bar. He seems mildly amused and pleased that his lie to Victoria about having broken off with Colleen now looks like the truth.
David goes over the website designed by Phyllis, thinks it's great. He warns Jack to keep Phyllis and Sharon away from each other because they could tank his campaign with their dislike of one another.
Sharon tells Brad that she suspects Phyllis knows something and Brad says she DOES - about everything that happened in NYC, and no, she isn't bluffing. Brad tells her that whatever she does now, do not provoke Phyllis. They need to do whatever they can to keep her happy.

Phyllis tells Brad that he had no right to drag Sharon into this. He says she has a right to know if someone is threatening her.
ugh, as much as I love nasty Phyllis...I wish she would have told Nick what she knew. And I am loving the Colleen/Adrian stuff. Finally Colleen isnt annoying the piss out of me
I'm with you on the Colleen thing. She used to drive me nuts, but she seems to have smartened up quite a bit. I got the impression that Korbell was in on the Rocky date. And I'm liking him more every day, too. I liked the scene with the three of them arguing about the cell phone number. JT used to bug me as well, but when he gets all pissy with Colleen and Korbell, he's great.
I wonder what all the JT and Victoria scenes are leading up to, if anything.
I actually thought that the JT/Victoria love scene we were treated to months ago was actually pretty good. Normally I dont enjoy the older woman younger man in a love scene, but they were okay. I wouldnt mind a pairing of these two. Victoria needs someone who wont walk on her like Brad does
