Lily walks in on Daniel and Amber looking at the porn site, but Daniel closes it off in time. Amber complains about Cole wanting them to go to the outback in Australia - she does not want to go. Cole calls her, wants her to come home, bring food. Lily invites them to come for dinner.
Jill remembers Kay, Cane, Amber's reaction to the DNA saying Cane's not her son. Then she and Gloria make a toast with Ji Min to Extreme Catwalk. Ji Min is clearly onside with the ladies, against Jack's explicit direction.
Niki asks Victor to make amends to Victoria. Victor says he's only concerned with her health, it's not about business. Victoria has conversation with Phyllis about the board seats, who's voting with whom and why. Then over to Jack and Brad on the same subject. Sharon enters as Jack leaves. Brad tells her that either way he votes at the board meeting tomorrow, he's screwed.
Sharon says to Brad that Phyllis wins again. Brad has a plan - he'll take Vicki out for dinner to persuade her to vote with him in favour of Clear Springs development becvause he can't risk his wife finding out about them. Sharon says she believes in the project anyway.
Jill and Gloria have fun critiquing different outfits on people in the bar, amusing Ji Min to no end, LOL. Jill calls Gloria and Ji Min her good friends, is grateful they can provide her with a distraction from missing her son.
Cane arrives at Daniel and Lily's place for dinner. Cane and Lily agree that both their mates are too involved with internet and texting.
Phyllis asks Jack and Sharon if she could join them for dinner - a working one. Sharon says yeah, since they're friends, let's show everyone how friendly they are, dripping in sarcasm.
Victoria is thrilled with the changes made to a prospectus and wants to continue reviewing it, but Brad insists they go out for dinner. Victor and Niki turn up and Victor gushes to his daughter about her pregnancy, invites them out for dinner, and Vicki accepts, Brad winces.
Sharon, Phyllis and Jack talk about his campaign strategies over dinner. Across the room, Jill and Gloria continue their Catwalk banter with Ji Min.
Hey, Lily hands Cane and Amber beers - how can she buy it when underage? Cane explains why he has to return to Australia and Amber is clearly uncomfortable with the discussion. Daniel mentions the disappointment over the DNA test. Cane's a little bugged that Amber told Daniel about it and so is Lily - she wasn't aware that she and Daniel were such good friends.
Victor sees Jack, Sharon and Phyllis together at another table, comments that it's a trio you don't see often. Jack gets a call, leaves the ladies alone. Then more Ji Min and Gloria, Jill. Jack joins them, compliments Ji Min on the Asian market picking up. Jack's majorly pissed that Gloria's still going to the Catwalk and lays into Ji Min (privately) about crossing his employer, and has he forgotten who REALLY owns Jabot. (Cutthroat Jack appearance.) Ji Min tries to make a case for Gloria going to Catwalk - great for business, but Jack won't have any of it, demands Ji Min get her off. Meanwhile, Jill and Gloria are surprised and pleased that Ji Min caan be so much fun. Glo thinks he's showing an interest in Jill.
Brad, Viki and the parents chat over dinner about the baby's future and Niki offers that the baby might become a board member, slightly ticking Victor off.
Phyllis warns Sharon that telling everyone about the blackmail won't be good for Brad, and they all want what's best for Brad, right? Sharon thinks Jack would understand, Phyllis doesn't.
Cane, Amber, Lily and Daniel finish up dinner as Daniel yawns. Lily accuses him of faking being tired to get out of doing dishes, and Cane gets the hint that it's time to leave. Lily says they should do this again and Amber smugly says yeah, definitely, glances over to Daniel.
Jack and Sharon discuss how they've lasted all these months against the odds since they were both on the rebound.
Phyllis stops by the Newman table, makes pleasant small talk, and Brad bristles.
Lily leaves Daniel to get into a bath and he'll join hert in a minute. He gets a text from Amber "u R a gud friend".
Gloria notices Ji Min's change of mood since Jack spoke to him. Jill offers that Jack hasn't let go of Jabot, and how does Ji Min stand it. Jill says Jack seems to have ulterior motives. Ji Min says she couldn't have described Jack any better, scowls.
Jack asks Sharon to marry him! She doesn't know what to say, it's so sudden. Jack says him too, but he suddenly realised he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. She asks for a little bit of time to think about this, he says okay, but please say yes.
Victor and Niki ytake off, leaving Brad and Vicki to finish dessert.
Oops - Phyllis says to Summer "don't let anybody ever tell you that you can't have it all, because it isn't true". Betcha that's a sure sign things will start to unravel for Phyllis, LOL.
