anyone here own a designer purse - real or knock off?

I'd kind of like one, which one would you go with?
Is there a good knock-off site?

My mother gave me a Kate Spade bag last Christmas and I love it. I bought a Prada knock off a while before that, and I hate it - too small inside to hold all my paraphenalia. Ditto the Prada knock-off wallet that fell apaart in 2 months, so I'm sticking with the real things from now on.

The big knock-off place up here is NY Accessories - a company run by 2 sisters-in-law out of various locations a few times a year. I got on their mailing list after my first visit, but quickly abandoned the whole idea of knock-offs after my bad experiences with them. They're cheap for a good reason!

I like it a lotbut honestly my favorites I get from the mall a girl has a kiosk with hand made bags. You can ask for certain stuff and she'll do it how you ask.I've been eyeing a lavendar beeded one since a month ago. I might have to buy a lavendar dress for easter

Is Coach considered a designer purse? I have black and brown leather ones that I use in the cooler weather. In the summer I have a ton of different colored purses that I match to different fun sandals and outfits. In the winter I'm basically in brown and black.

There is a coach outlet about 30 miles from my house, where I snagged my leather purses for about $100.00 less than I would have paid in a department store. My daugter has a bigger collection of them, in all different sizes.

I am a pocket book junkie, and I love my Coach's. I'm very type Aish about having my pocket book match my shoes, and having the texture be applicable for the season, although when my daughter was younger I basically had a few pocket books, and my financial focus was on making my paycheck stretch to cover the bills and keep my daughter happy. My income increased significantly (trippled!) about six years ago, so I have a little bit more mad money than before.

Oh, I've picked up some of my daughter's coach purses off of Ebay. I only buy brand new, but you can sometimes pick them up at half the price of the department store.

I'm getting her a leather coach briefcase/laptop bag as a graduation gift. They really hold-up incredibly well, and as KaeEll said, you really do get what you pay for. Most of the time, although I love a bargain.

Definitely check out ebay. Use Coach purse as your search criteria. Be really careful with used ones, and if you want I can send you the name of a couple of really good dealers whose merchandise is always top quality. I have bought my mother and sisters all leather coach purses in black and brown from ebay. I even have a stash here set aside for gifts on their birthdays.

Yes, I'm Sophia and I'm a Coach purse addict........

Lol I don't blame you for loving your coach handbags and all. I really enjoyed mine. I still have it to this day, it's in great condition, and that's a lot for someone as rough as I am.
