Daniel dashes off, leaving his computer on, and the porn website open!
Brad announces to Colleen that he's now taking her car away, so she tosses a few dollars at him for his gas money over there.
Kevin greets Cane and Amber at CL, pleasantries exchanged. Cane's depressed about how everyone is treating him like a best friend since news that he's a Chancellor came out. Bardwell calls Cane and he reluctanly takes it. Bardwell wants to see Cane in person, ask him questions. He fears Bardwell will ship him back to Australia.
Michael with Kay over a meal discuss the Cane business and she tells him she'll be going to prison for kidnapping. Michael's at a loss for words when Kay gives him the details of her deeds. She's convinced she deserves prison and Michael suggests that it may not be the case. He'd be prepared to defend her should charges be laid.
Cane and Amber enter Jill's office as Jill is telling somebody on the phone that they all want to be left alone, no press, no tlak shows. Cane tells Jill about Bardwell's call, worried about deportation. Jill says she'll straighten this out over her lunch with Bardwell today.
Dru and Sharon are excited about her trip and her wardrobe for it which Dru picked out. Neil enters, says kids have had a rough year, might affect their grades. Swing over to Lily at home, then Daniel at the coffee house checking online for school results. He tells Kevin that his grades are bad - failing at least one and the rest aren't good either.
Michael confronts Bardwell about his case on Kay, makes the point that Kay isn't fit to put on the stand because of her memory loss and her age. Dogs barking, missed an exchangewith Sharon and unseen person. Filler probably.
Jill and Bardwell sit down to lunch. She mentions Cane's situation - he was born here, so he has a right stay. Bardwell says he only wanted to speak to Cane about Katherine. Oops, says Jill, has she made things worse?
Jack and Sharon - she loves what she's reading about.....Jack says he can't be there for her because of his campaign and she's disappointed. Jack notes she's upset - yes, about telling Brad about Colleen.
Colleen tells Adrian that she'll drop out for a semester, then they can openly date. Nope, Korbell doesn't want to be the cause of her dropping out, blah, blah. SHe's firm about it.
Sorry - more dogs' silliness and I missed a bit - Bardwell, Cane and Amber.
Jill's angry, tells Kay that they can't just forgive and forget and she can damn well see her mother going to prison.
Devon tells his thrilled parents that he made straight A's and they plan a celebration over dinner.
Colleen tells Lily about how Sharon caught her and Adrian, that her dad found out and has cut her off, and she has to leave school, go back in the fall. Lily says no, no. Colleen thinks it's a good idea so she can date Korbell openly.
Daniel sees Amber in CL, tells her about his grades, doesn't look forward to telling Lily. Talk of Amber's uncle, huh?? She says she hopes her story worked, because it would be awful if Cane prosecuted Kay....or something. I'll catch it later.
Cane has a conversation with Jill - his point is that he doesn't want to press charges on Kay, Jill says she took away all those years, wants charges. (I don't know what Amber's uncle has to do with any of this. I must have missed something last week, or it's a back story just introduced today.) Cane just wants to have a family, finally.
Colleen tells Jack that Gina offered her full time employment, drop out of school. Jack says nothing is more important than her education. He'll pay for tuition and books, and she can stay at the house as long as she wants. Colleen insists it will be a loan, they agree.
Daniel tells Lily he screwed up big time, his grades blow. Lily doesn't understand how that can be given all the time he spent at the computer, hugs him and encourages him. Daniel has guilt all over his face.
Cane meets with Bardwell over the Katherine charges etc. Cane explains his childhood, but no, he doesn't want to seee Kay go to prison, rather forgive and forget. Jill butts into the meeting, says she's glad Cane can forgive Kay, but she can not and Kay has to pay for what she did.
Scene with Kay and Amber, light chat, then Kay gets up to leave. Amber asks her to stay and wiat for Cane just as he appears. He breaks her the news that he asked Bardwell NOT to prosecute. Kay says she can learn some things from her grandson, hugs and thanks him.
Bardwell tells Jill that he will not prosecute. Jill's pissed. He clams he has a responsibilty to the tax payers, he likely couldn't win.
Colleen viisits Korbell, tells him the good news about her uncle Jack's help. Lots of smiles.
Sharon moans about telling Brad about Colleen, made things worse coming clean to both Brad and Jack.
Asshat Brad confronts Jack about his loan to Colleen, how he's interfering with how he raises his family. Brad is very pissy, Jack is a bit speechless.
Oh oh!! Lily's found Daniel's porn site.

Phyllis, Sharon and Dru are on a shoot outdoors. Phyllis grabs a phone to make a call about a complaint she has about how things are being done. Dru lunges forward to grab the phone away from Phyllis, Sharon gets her hands on the phone as well, and they struggle.
who hoo....I knew that Jack would help out Colleen. Strange I really dislike Colleen, but not nearly as much as I dislike Brad...and Adrian really does make her tolerable.
I really like the Korbel character, so Colleen doesn't bug me so much any more. I'm rooting for them as a couple, wish Brad would get lost. He's my main dislike on the show right now.
Shelly, I think the struggle over the telephone is a prelude to falling off a cliff - how Dru is killed off. I read somewhere that Sharon falls too, but is somehow saved.....by Phyllis?
thats actually what I was thinking, only for some reason I was thinking that they were inside somewhere and were gonna take a tumble down the stairs.
So lemme guess...Dru will go off the cliff, there will be no body and in a few years from now when the actress wants to come back we will have a return from the dead thing.
And my guess is that Sharon almost goes over but Phyllis grabs her hand...part of me wishes she would just let her go
VR left for a few years once before (and I didn't miss her) so she'll probably want to come back eventually again. They brought Malcolm back from his "death" in Africa, so why not, LOL!
BTW, do you watch Criminal Minds? I can't think of Malcolm's real name, but he's really very good in it. It's one of the shows I look forward to watching in prime time, that is if it isn't another damn rerun! VR had that gig on Dick Van Dyke's show a few years back, but I have a feeling she won't be so lucky this time away from daytime. Anyway, I wish her good luck.
