I'm stuck home today with the cleaning lady and my husband working from here this morning. I can recap as long as the vacuum isn't on, then I won't be able to hear a thing. Grrrr - I have to make him some lunch, but I'll keep the volume up, hope not to miss much.
Victoria confronts Brad about the comment she overheard.
Nick brings Noah home, Sharon's asleep on the sofa. Nick has Summer with him. He's telling Sharon that Nick's an emotional mess still, even though he's still in therapy. They'll have to wait and see how he progresses.
Daniel's with Ambere at CL talking about Lily and the porn site. SHe's grilling him about whether or not Lily can connect her (Amber) to the Strangers in the Night site, says she'll help him out of the mess with Lily.
Neil questions Lily about what's really bothering her. She stammers that she used to trust her husband but now he's hooked up with a "swingers" porn site, and a happily married man wouldn't do that would he?
Neil tells her that a lot of people look at porn, so don't jump to conclusions, not to make light of her pain or anything, but she knows Daniel loves her. He assures her that she can talk to him any time about anything.
Amber "instructs" Daniel to go home to Lily, then work on steps one, two and three of his "how to make people forget they're mad at you" programme. Then she calls Cane to come meet her before work.
Brad fudges his explanation to Victoria about the Sharon thing, says it was all about Clear Spring and Victoria buys the whole thing. She says she hates that he didn't tell her about it in the first place. She demands to hear anything else she hasn't already, and he claims there's nothing.
Jack and Phyllis discuss the pictures of the accident and Sharon's involvement. Jack says he'll go straight to Victoria regarding the purchase of the Clear Spring properties as Victoria enters.
Phyllis and Victoria go to the break room. AHA!! Victoria starts to tell Phyllis that Brad told her all about him and Sharon, that he went to her about the board vote. Victoria asks Phyllis what else she knows about her husband and Sharon. (Poor Victoria getting constantly snowed by Brad, UGH!)
Noah's acting up with a bad attitude. Nick leaves him with Sharon, tells her to call him if she needs him. Jack calls her, asks how Noah is, has he seen the picss on the web. Sharon indicates that no he hasn't yet. He offers to come over with take out, but she declines, has to spend alone time with Noah.
Amber tells Cane about Daniel's porn troubles with Lily and enlists his help. Daniel's back home where Neil confronts him about his problem, and Daniel tries to blow him off. Neil insists nicely that they sit down to talk. When his daughter is upset, it becomes his business.
Arg - the dog sat on the remote again, changed the channel and I didn't notice, thought it was commercial. I tuned back to see Daniel and Neil, then flash over to Phyllis and Victoria. P says Nicki can't win the senate seat, and she should go talk to Jack.
Daniel and Lily again arguing over his hobby. He bumbles along, says he didn't think it had anything to do with her, and they continue to disagree. She wants to know the name of the "friend" that sent that stuff to him. She's adamant that she doesn't believe a word he says.
Brad and Victoria go to Jack, learn that he might be suing them. When Jack tells him how he and Clear Springs have a good case to sue and win, Brad says yeah, maybe we should settle, in 2012, after they have restored the buildings. Victoria agrees with her husband.
Daniel tries his best to put Lily's mind at ease about his commitment to her, but isn't doing a very good job of it. Neil calls her and she wants to go over to Indigo to be with him. She refuses to let Daniel go with her.
Cane agrees to help Amber fix Daniel's troubles. He tells her that he's told her of all of his past indiscretions and did she tell him all of hers? She says yep, lying, of course.
Jack tells Phyllis that Brad and Victoria didn't even flinch over the lawsuit threat. Nick shows up, some talk of Noah's stressed-out behaviour. The 3 of them discuss the real estate development, Nick asks how they can make it happen. Jack responds by getting him elected.
Noah has a bad dream, that Abby fell over a cliff and they have to call her mom to make sure she's okay. Then he demands to see Jack, not his dad.
Amber's at the Indigo bar as Lily enters, sits down with her dad over coffee. She asks him why did Daniel lied to her, Neil calls Manny, friend from AA meetings, tells him about Dru and things are very rough and he feels it's time for a meeting. Daniel turns up, Amber beckons him over, she says something to him about helping him just as Lily walks over to join them. I think I missed something there.
Jack arrives at Sharon's and Noah is happy to see him. The kid tells Jack about his nightmare about Abby. Jack offers to call her and he reaches Ashley right away. Ashley goes to get Abby on the phone and he gives iit to Noah to speak with her.
Brad has placed a bunch of personal presents in Victoria's office, pleasing her. He takes her into his office for a little "warm-up" for their bubble bath later in the day. As they leave together, JT is calling her with news of what he dug up on Brad and needs to see her immediately, but she didn't pick up. He leaves her a voice mail. (Looks like Brad is following the same programme that Amber has recommended to Daniel, LOL!)
Neil makes an appointment at 7 tomorrow with his AA friend.
Cane addresses Lily in front of Daniel, takes the blame for sending the porno site to Daniel. Cane claims it was an accident in a way. Amber blathers more bull and Lily is finally put at ease.
JT tells Victoria, who just showed up at the GCAC, that he found out stuff about Brad and Sharon. Victoria says she knows the why....just giver the where, when and how.
Jack at Sharon's and she thanks him so much for his help with Noah. He's so good with kids, he should have 10. Jack's not going to worry about the photos, she's so much more important to him than the campaign. He can't wait for her to be his wife, wants to elope, and there's nothing more that he would like than to be able to tell Noah when he wakes up that they are a family.
