Jack and Sharon gush to each other the next morning about how happy they are, and decide to hide their wedding rings together until after the election.
Niki is short and snarky with Victor over breakfast and refuses to tell him what she is reading because she thinks he'd tell Jack about her strategy. She asks him to sit with her at a political get together, but he can't as he's already promised Jack. She harumphs off.
Cane and Amber wake up together - she complains about how small their place is and wouldn't it be nice to live at the Chancellor estate. He doesn't care about that sort of thing, he tells her and kisses her.
Victoria is cold to Brad, won't tell him where she's going then leaves.
Jack gets a call from Victor who begs off attending the political banquet - he has to appear neutral.
Kay calls Cane and Amber answers - she has a proposition for Cane - meet her at the GCAC in half an hour.
Victoria wants Nick to say "I told you so" about her marriage to Brad, and he obliges her.
JT calls Victoria, leaves her a message, hope she's doing alright, give him a call. She tells Nick about Brad and Sharon's ONS in NYC. Nick's ticked that Sharon was giving him a hard time about Phyllis when all along she'd been having an affair of her own. She wants her brother to tell her how it felt sleeping with another woman, then going home to Sharon. Lousy, he replies.
Sharon tells Victor about her and Jack's marriage. Then Jack drops in on Nicki, tells her about him and Sharon. He tries to get her to drop out of the race because it'd hardly be a victorry for her if it costs her the family and marriage to Victor.
Amber sends Cane on ahead to meet Kay while she stays behind and turns on all the electrical appliances in the apartment , blowing a circuit breaker - on purpose.
Sharon tells Brad that she and Jack were married last night, and Brad's not pleased because she picked a heck of a time to do this. He tells her Victoria found out hey slept together.
Sorry, but I was called away. The little parts I could see, and the mute was on for some, were JT and Victoria getting cosy on the sofa at his place, a somewhat conciliatory conversation between Victor and Nicki, Jack repaying Victor all the money he lent him , plus interest, Cane declining Kay's job offer, and finally, Sharon filling in Jack about what happened in NYC with Brad.
But the most frusttrating part is that sometimes NTV doesn't start Y&R until about 5 past the hour and my tape stops right at noon, so Jack's reaction to Sharon's news was cut off. I'll try to catch it at 4:30 if I can.
