Victor gloats as he listens to Jack's self-incriminating taped conversation with Ji Min. Niki's also in gloat mode because she thinks Jack's shooting himself in the foot in his campaign. Victoria tells Sharon she lost the baby, and Victor's up to something with Nick, Sharon, Jack and Clear Springs. Oh, Victoria also told Nick and Phyllis she had a miscarriage.

Arghhh! Botox Brad asks Sharon to lie to Bardwell. He tells her that Phyllis going to jail will serve no purpose, and that he changed his statement to the DA, said he might have misunderstood Phyllis's intentions. Lily catches Daniel red-handed in his porn-related lies!

Victoria admits to her brother that she slept with JT. Michael gives Phyllis the good-ish news about Brad's statement. Cute bodning scene with Nick and his sister.

Sharon refuses to say anything to the DA at her hearing, ticking Bardwell off to no end. Michael says he thinks Brad made a mistake in the beginning, but BArdwell's pretty sure that Phyllis is coercing Brad and Sharon to change their statements and threatens Michael he'll see him in jail if that's the case. Then an ugly scene between Nick and his mother over her role in the case against his wife.

Sharon's served with a writ from the DA's office to appear before a grand jury. Nicki notices it and a bit more ugliness between them. The Sharon lashes out at Brad, says she regrets inviting him into her hotel room in NYC, but she loves him even though he causes her so much pain. Ol' Botox liked that.

Lily blows up at Daniel.

Sharon runs into Nick on the Newman jet as they are both going to Clear Springs - the meeting Victor engineered. She asks for his advice because she's in trouble.

Victor plays that tape for Jack! Jack's speechless.
