Phyllis asks Lauren to raise Summer if she goes to jail. She'll have Michael draw up the papers so the Newmans can't take Summer and raise her. Lauren agrees, but only in worst case scenario.
Paul's back from tracking don Jana's contacts in Europe and has a dossier of several pages. Kevin's impressed. Maggie's back in the scene, ticked that Paul hadn't been in touch with her, but still wants him to "see her scars".
The guy Gloria is using to make Bardwell jealous (Evan) is up to something on his own. Looks like he's going to target Bardwell for a sting or scam when he learns from Paul that William is a megamillionaire. He and Gloria are definitely up to no good together.
Paul gives JT some advice on Victoria - she's still married and it ain't over till it's over. Then Brad asks his wife if she's sleeping with JT. She answers that no, she isn't, says she slept on his couch.
Bardwell tells Michael that he's going to move forward on Phyllis's case and will be convening the grand jury right away. Phyllis is terrified, but trusts Michael at Lauren's insistence.

AHA!! Brad announces to Victor that he's taken care of a meeting with their tax people. Victor replies that he has no authority to do so, and he knows exactly what he's trying to do - taking over his son's spot. Niki looks on and Victoria is somewhat stunned.
Brad got his smack down today (day ahead, Canada) from Victor, and it was glorious! Victor castigated him for trying to take over Nick's place at NE, then told him he has to, from now on, take all his orders from Neil Winters who, along with Victoria, will be running NE. Brad's face actually moved a little, lol.
