they did. i think kamar's decision to have the surgery now was rather sudden. tempTonio is a good friend of kamar's & he asked for him to be cast.

i like this guy. he doesn't huff & puff all the time which is such a big plus in my book. i think he's doing a great job given the intense SL he got dropped into.

And he looks relatively like Kamar so it's not bad. Not as bad as the temp Mikey McBain as far as resembelance to the current actor.

I'm sorry but Nutonio doesn't look like anything to me. You guys see resemblance I see none. He doesn't really look "pretty" enough to be a soap actor. Sounds mean I know but true.

there are plenty of soap characters who dont look pretty enough to be soap stars....some soap fans dont think that Kamar is pretty either

I find it hard to believe. I especially don't think man women would believe that. He doesn't look like Kamar at all to me. Looks like a rushed casting.........I guess they didn't have a choice. We'll have to agree to disagree.
