Just trying to keep you in the loop as usual when anything new is released by ABC. As you know, these scripts give us tidbits so here's a few concerning Natalie.
The audition script released is for the role of Evan for OLTL. The scene opens in Natalie's hotel room. Evan pokes his head in since Natalie has apparently left the door ajar. Evan shouts out but Natalie is not in her room. She suddenly walks in and asks what he's doing there. Evan says he was just about to ransack her room and thanked her for making it so easy by leaving the door open. Natalie and Evan go back and forth with a lot of sarcasm (obviously we are watching a mating dance here). Natalie says she can go back out and give him more time if he needs it and so on. Natalie turns to leave and Evan takes her by the hand asking her not to go. He suggests that they rent some movies and pop some popcorn or something.
Natalie says that she can't because she has other plans. Evan tries to hide his disappointment and tells her that he figured as much and probably with John. Natalie tells him that John is making dinner for her and she can't miss a chance to see that one. They banter back and forth a bit more (more mating dance teaser stuff). He says that he feels a bond with Natalie because she was the last person to see his mother alive. Natalie tells Evan he has every right to feel the need to reach out considering that he is still grieving for his mother.
Evan says that he just doesn't understand why his mother was all alone in St Marteen. He goes on and on about a locket that meant a great deal to him and his mother. That it was odd that it wasn't on her body when she was found. Natalie and Evan share some more bantering and the scene ends.
Casting break down for Evan is as follows:
EVAN (Late 20's---Early 30's) British, Caucasian male. Handsome, dynamic, and charming, powerful and sexy. Evan exudes confidence. He is emotionally detached .... the man women want but know their hearts will be broken. ==============================================================
Yet another audition script has just been released for the role of Kandi.
The scene opens in a motel room where Todd is obviously out of sorts. Blair demands that Kandi tell her what's wrong with Todd and what she's doing with him. Kandi suddenly blurts out that she didn't shoot the video. Blair tells Todd that he's going to be OK now. Kandi suddenly gets on the defensive and tells Blair that she had no right to barge in on two consenting adults.
John walks up and flashes his badge which doesn't make Kandi too happy. John tells Kandi to put her clothes on and asks her where she met Todd. She smiles and says that she met Toddie (ahem) in a bar in Chicago. That he was all tanked up and going on about some kid he couldn't find.
Blair asks her if Miles put her up to this. Kandi says that she's never heard of Miles before. Blair warns her not to play games because she knows better. Kandi says she did nothing but pick up a guy and get a room. She then says that Toddie really knows how to party leading an angry Blair to call her a lying slut-scene ends ==============================================================

I understand where Shelly's coming from...it's so hard to work up much enthusiasm for ABC soaps right now. I honestly feel as if Frons has stuck his finger in the air to most of the long time viewers.
