she has PTSD from the previous rape. when she saw spencer ready to rape blair she blacked out....went into shock. she can't remember doing it b/c she didn't.

Stupid of her to think she did or to think that miles could actually use that tape against' her! Hasn't she been involved in enough trials to know it won't hold up in court
pretty much, herbst....that & what marty believes are memories. her memories have a huge gap however....like the actual act itself.
since paige is leaving the show it's probably good odds that she's the murderer.....the only hole in that theory is i don't see her letting david take the fall.
