A brand new audition script has just been released by ABC for the role of Officer Prescott.
The scene opens at Rodi's with John awaiting someone. Officer Prescott arrives. John tells him to have a seat. The officer is not a happy camper. He's still on suspension without pay and isn't feeling anything but resentment at the moment. He wants to know what John could possibly want from him now. That he hasn't heard word one since he was suspended the night Truman died. John says that he has a few question for him. The officer is even more agitated when he hears this. He begins mocking John "get in your car and race over here" and all you have is a few questions McBain!
John says that he doesn't blame him for being angry after looking over the report himself. The officer says that's all fine and good but it doesn't pay the bills. John tells him that if he cooperates and helps him, he will do everything he can to get him reinstated.
John holds up a picture and asks Officer Prescott if he saw this person the night Truman was killed. Prescott tells him no but that he did see this person a few days before. That Truman said it was OK for them to be allowed in. Officer Prescott asks who the person is in the photo. John simply says that it's the person who killed Spencer Truman. Scene ends.

I think he did it because he knew that Spencer left his fortune to him...or maybe it really was an accident and he was trying to save Blair. Remember he is a Lawrence afterall so there is no telling, look at what he is doing to Todd....They didnt really give us a clue that it was Miles but I really think it is. And thats why he is blackmailing Marty because he knows that since she thinks she is the killer he can continue to think that she is the killer because he knows the real killer will never come forward.
Now that you've brought that up, it reminds me of what Amanda (Canadian spoiler lady) said about Miles, that he wasn't who he seemed to be at all, and that there was going to be a huge twist about him in the reveal.
yeah, and we knew he had something to do with Todd...maybe they will send him to a looney bin because he is seeing Spencer. Maybe he sees Spencer because he feels guilty for killing his hero...Lots of possibilities
Is there any possiblity Miles is Patrick. I kind of liked that idea. Maybe he would kill Spencer to save Marty? Did he have a grudge against Todd too?
The actor that plays Miles is pretty good, I hate when they turn good looking men into psycho killers. Like Daniel. And (can't think of his name) Nora was involved with him too, he has a talk show now....
I actually hope that Miles isnt Patrick, I dont want to think that Patrick would have blackmailed Marty...And I dont think that Patrick would have done to Todd what Miles is doing
well the angle I was thinking is that Miles loves her but doesn't know why, cuz he doesn't remember who he really is, and as for Todd, I don't know, don't know what's going on there
