This September, Jason Shane Scott will briefly reprise his role as Will Rappaport. The 30-year-old Scott orginated the role of Will Rappaport back in 1998. After leaving "One Life to Live" in 2001, he returned for brief visits in 2003 and 2005. Scott received two Soap Opera Digest Award nomintations for the role. In 1999, he was nominated as "Outstanding Male Newcomer," and in 2000 as "Outstanding Younger Leading Actor."

After leaving "OLTL," Scott appeared on "The Young and the Restless" in 2004. He also co-starred in the SoapNet one-minute soap "Too Late" with former "General Hospital" star Brittany Powell. Scott has also appeared in several feature films since his OLTL departure including Until Death, Latter Days, and Starship Troopers 2. On the small screen, Scott has appeared in two Aerosmith videos, Deserate Housewives, Scrubs, and CSI.

Will is the son of Lindsay Rappaport and was last seen in Llanview following the death of his sister Jen. While the details of Scott's return to Llanview are being kept under wraps, he is expected to return in September for only a handful of episodes.

"OLTL" has recently released two new audition scripts, each for dayplayer roles. The first is for a priest, who John confesses to after learning baby Tommy's secret. The second is for Office Prescott, whom John interrogates about the night of Spencer's murder.

Jordann Beal will once again appear as Aimee on July 13th. Also, despite rumors to the contrary, there will be no new members of the McBain family coming to Llanview anytime soon. The Internet Movie Database website has Nicole M. Dominik listed as portraying Maggie McBain in various "OLTL" episodes from May, June, and July. However, the listings are inaccurate. The actress is currently appearing on Broadway in Hairspray, not on the ABC drama series.
