I think that what he said to Clint was logical, if you think the way that David does. He did all of this because he had an agreement with Asa, and now he's having difficulty collecting his money. The only other leverage he has now is Jessica's liver!
If we were to pursue the ethics of this storyline, we'd be in deep trouble anyway because everything he did so far has been unethical.
Even David knows that what he threatened is bad, but he's already acknowledged that to Clint. In fact, when he was demanding the money for the liver, he said something that made me laugh. It was something about how anyone who knows anything at all about him shouldn't be surprised that he's essentially selling his liver.
David can always manage to charm his way out of the WORST situations, and make all of his implausible thinking seem logical.

I hate that he is doing it too, though I agree it is very David and I could never hate David. I have even been racking my brain trying to figure out how we could fit him into GH since Tuc doesnt really want to move back to the East coast. I think he could fit in well.
Now, back to the money. Like my mom said. He needs to live. He got shafted out of that money because of Dorian..and he knows that his home at Viki's will not last forever..I hate what he is doing but I understand it
people on SOC are actually complaining b/c clint is angry & b/c he told bo what was going on. excuse me? david is exhorting money to the tune of 10 mil. yes, this is so typical david, & it's a soap. i just hate when people have selective morality.....same folks who still bitch about babe & the baby switch, tad & the madden thing, sonny & jason literally getting away w/murder ~~~ literally. my only point is you can't have it both ways.
i love david, i really do but sometimes i just want to smack the snot out of him. lol
