I think that Clint objects to the fact that David only donated part of his liver to get the money out of the Buchanans. It IS a rather large sum, but it was Asa that offered it to David in the first place.
this is one of those where I see both sides, on the one hand, this is low of David, on the other Clint really shouldn't balk at anything that saved his child. I think if I was a billionaire and someone made the same type of donation to one of my children, I would not complain.... I'd be so grateful. And as long as they don't come back for more money, that is awful. And also in this case, well they all know David, he's just being David!
I guess it's a good story line if it has you talking about it.
in all honesty you aren't supposed to have to pay for organs....that's why it's called donation.
while david is cute & very amusing he's also amoral. he knew he had clint over a barrel. i don't blame clint for being furious. it's not about the money for clint......it's about holding jessica's life hostage while everyone is running around saying how wonderful & selfless david has been when that's not remotely the case.
