Cooper rescues Maxie from Cody. Ric subpoenas both Elizabeth and Sam to testify at Jason's trial. Sonny and Kate make love.
ANNA AND NOAH GET CLOSER! When Patrick makes a mistake, he almost blows Noah's cover sky high. Anna reigns in Noah as a pesky fan causes a temptation for him. Patrick and Robin are surprised to see Anna and Noah share a steamy kiss. Noah is enjoying the attention as Eli Love, and with Anna's help he is confident he will be able to fool the crowd as Eli Love. Robin doesn't like the attention her mother is giving to Noah. She confronts Noah about his budding relationship with her mother. Patrick and Robin try to come up with a plan to keep Anna and Noah from getting involved romantically.
