I think we all kind of figured that because there would have been no need for Kate to blackmail Nick if the babies were EJ's. He would have just flat out told her they were EJ's anyways. I for one am glad for it. Sami and Lucas have one of my all time favorite soap love stories and I dont want to see it ruined. They have the makings for the next Bo/Hope or Marlena/John way more then Belle and Shawn ever did. (Though with Jason Cook and Kirsten Storms as Belle and Shawn they had a big chance)
