probably. Can they switch back for a one time deal? I'm clueless on the lawyer thing

we need a new hot young lawyer in town to defend her, Hugh was Hot, but he was a prosecuter too right?

a shame they killed him off, he was some nice eye candy

i would think that Nora would be prosecuting the case. I think you could switch if it happened in another town. But it will probably be the town of Lanview against Marty. I suppose Nora could handle the annulment since its not a criminal case

Would be cool if they could bring back Hank (?) as a lawyer

IRL nora would have to recuse herself due to personal involvement w/the defendant, but that never stops soap writers. if you're a prosecutor (even when you recuse yourself) you are a prosecutor. nora would have to resign her position to represent martie.

even scotty couldn't prosecute sonny due to being karen's father & sonny's involvement w/karen.

it's one of those details i have a hard time ignoring, but how can they have a prosecutor on the canvas & not have him involved w/the other characters? it just wouldn't work.
