Once again just keeping you in the loop on these. As you know we are not allowed to copy and paste nor link to the scripts for copyright reasons so I will summarize as best I can. ABC has released several today so we are still on a roll from yesterday.
OLTL scripts here:
The first one is for the role of Chuck. The scene opens at Capricorn with a rock n roll type shouting "Yo Flash" when he spots Sarah across the room. A smile comes across Sarah's face when she sees him. They hug and she tells him he's the man for getting the band to stop on their way to Philly. Chuck says that he would do anything for her after "Midnight Logic" bailed him out that time. The script notes say that Cristian is watching this interaction intently nearby. Sarah tells him that she doesn't go by Flash anymore. Chuck says "that will take some getting used to". He says that he will get the band ready to set up after they unload all the equipment. Sarah says that he's an angel for coming to her rescue. Sarah asks him Chuck there is anything she can get him. He asks what she's serving there at Capricorn. Sarah looks at Cristian and says "crow". Scene ends (translation-Sarah and Cristian will have already shared their first kiss or will do so shortly afterwards). Ain't love Grande?
Now as for the second script released. It's for the role of a nurse with the scene opening in a hospital room. The nurse has just finished giving Jack a snack as Todd looks on. The nurse looks at Jack as he eats and tells him that he must be a really hungry little boy. Todd suddenly speaks up and says that in ten minutes he'll be hurling that food all over her. The nurse looks up at Todd as if to say who are you? Todd says that his son threw up pretty badly at breakfast. The nurse says that she knows that phenomena all too well having three of her own. Todd goes on to say that Jack wanted Todd to bring him in here and now all he wants is his Mommy. The nurse says that boys are just like that. They try to act all tough and brave but when they're sick they just want their mommy's. She looks at Tommy who is also there and says "right little Tommy". Todd looks closely at Tommy and asks the nurse if that's Tommy McBain. She seems surprised and asks Todd if he knows the McBains. The scene ends with Todd staring intently at Tommy.
Last script released today for OLTL is for the role of Yolanda. It's a very short one that takes place in a courtroom at night (John, Todd, Blair & Marty are all present). A woman enters followed by two cops. Todd suddenly turns and says that she's going to listen and listen good. The woman says "actually you're going to listen to me Mr. Manning". Todd asks her who the hell she might be (note says that Blair tries to stop Todd from saying anything else). The woman identifies herself as Yolanda Rios from Social Services. Todd asks why she's yelling at him. That he's the father. Yolanda says that her only interest is in the child known as Tommy McBain. Todd quips back "not anymore he isn't". Yolanda says that she wants to see Tommy turned over in a manner that is best for him. Scene ends.
AMC Scripts Here:
I hesitated to even bother with these because they strike me as completely uneventful and nondescript. ABC has been slowly releasing sides for members of a band coming to Pine Valley. They are a "young and happening" band that descends upon Pine Valley with a bang. First we have Drew who is really very sweet underneath his tough exterior (and the script shows him and Colby mixing it up a bit). Then we have Corrina who is very high spirited and quirky. Then we have Ren who is a piece of work and also a band member. They show Corrina as a call back script now (so they have narrowed that one down and are close to making a choice). Drew and Ren are both males.
The biggest scene (they actually use pretty much the same script for Corrina as they do for Ren) has everyone sitting around Tad's place eating donuts. Colby asks Tad and Krystal if it's cool for everyone to hang out there for awhile. Krystal says sure as Tad shoots her back a look that says oh man......
Krystal offers everyone donuts and juice. She introduces Tad as the guy with bags under his eyes and points to Jenny. There's a reference to the band moving in next door to Tad which just thrills him no end. Lots of bantering back and forth with nothing of any real significance (can you tell I'm bored with these...does it show)?
Now there is a cut to another scene that's been crossed out since it has nothing to do with the audition at hand. It takes place in a Chicago hotel room with Annie, Ryan and Annie's father Walter. Annie is visibly nervous as she braces herself to open the door to her father on the other side. Ryan tells her that everything is going to be fine. Annie smooth's her hair down and opens the door. Annie says "hello dad and thank you for coming" She goes on to introduce Ryan as her husband with Ryan using sign language back to say hello. He asks if he did that OK and Annie says that he did just fine. Annie's father signs back that her mother would be ashamed. Annie (who is now upset) looks at her father and says "yes, she would of you". Annie then opens the door and says that she's done and that she wants to keep it that way. Walter registers the verbal blow but seems fine with it as he leaves. Annie leans against the wall relieved to have it over (whatever "it" is). Script does not go into much detail. There you have it. We have a bunch of newbies coming in the form of a hip hop band and there's that little blurb about Annie, Ryan and her father Walter.
