I think he suspects Marcie because she said she would do anything for her son. And at that point he wasnt sure if she knew about Spencer's part in them getting Tommy.
Blair asked Marty an interesting question. She said why didn't you stick around and help me. So who would kill Spencer and not stick around to help Blair? If Paige were the killer it seems her doctor instincts would have her stay in the room....
well Im sorry to spoil you if you didnt know but John is supposed to arrest Lyndsay...I guess she did it, but then spoilers indicate that maybe she is covering for someone...anyways, if she did it and didnt stick around it would make sense since she already killed someone once she was probably afraid she would go to jail forever.
