Ji Min's murder is getting set up as Niki, Kay, Jack and David all talk about what a disaster his disclosure will be.
Summer's sick again, Phyllis refuses to leave for jail.
Carter steals Amber's proof (the $100 bill) that Ji Min stole the $700,000. Meanwhile, Amber tells Kay that she knows Ji Min has that cash.
Victor visits Jack with some cryptic message about Ji Min. David comiserates with Niki about the Ji Min mess - but it hasn't happened yet. He reassures her that Victor's jealous of Niki's talent - that's why he wants to see her fail in the Clear Springs development, and they kiss. She then asks for his room key that he keeps offering. he hands it over and tells her to make good use of it.
Kay offers to reinstate Jill in her will if she gets Ji Min to cancel the tell-all.
Niki asks Victor what the hell is happening with his odd attitude towards Jack's problem and the failure of CS. He doesn't answer her wuestion but instead says he'll make a profit from it anyway (the drilling rights - but he doesn't tell her about them).
Ji Min stashes the sack of money in an air vent in his room. Jill's at his door, asks him to cancel the interview. The very fact he was willing to do it means the world to her. He's stunned, they kiss.
Carter admits he stole the money, that he and Plum did a lot of things together. She says she knows Ji Min Kim has it now, he suggests they look in his room.
Michael arrives at the Newman's to take Phyllis to jial and she locks herself in the bathroom with Summer.
