dream journal?

Do any of you pay attention to your dreams? write them down, or analyze them

I read a book about dreams by sylvia browne, very interesting

I'd like to remember some of them better.

And others just stay with me, and I don't even understand them!

Imagine dreaming you're deeply in love with someone and the emotions are so real and then you have that same dream almost every night for 5 months, but that person is not your husband!

It feels like I'm having an affair! haha

I read that every thing is important, it's not just a coincidence when we think of someone then we bump in to them a few days later. Same thing with dreams. They are important.

I guess I'm lucky to wake up a few times a night, because then I can think about all the weird dreams I do have.

Dang Tina, I told you stop dreaming about me. I swear! LOL! Just kidding.

There's a lot reasons why you'd have various dreams. And people dream in many different fashions. All of my dreams have storylines/plots, etc. Repetitive dreams could be warnings, could be glimpses into the future. Now sex in dreams generally ISN'T about sex. You have to think about it. Dreams are your brain's way of deprocessing events along with some other factors. So depending on how intense dreams are, that's when I'd start to worry or at least investigate.

I pay a lot of attention to my dreams. I'm sure we've all had them play out in real life, but i can't help but wonder which dreams are going to play out and which aren't

I've had a couple of stupid things come true. Like dreaming someone got all their hair chopped off and then next time I see them, short hair!

Another one that my husband was smoking again, which I really did not know. And he was!

then I dreamt I had a baby that had dark skin and she was mine, and we had to bond. But that I did not give birth to her. Turned out my neighbor was in the process of adopting a chinese baby girl! (I had no way of knowing this)

with this guy in my dream, a guy from my past, there's no sex really. We're in love, sometimes getting married and I remember colors of what people are wearing etc. And things happen in order. last night in my dream I was writing his full name out. It's just so real

They say when you dream about dead people it might actually be them visiting you from the other side. Anyone have those dreams?

I have very very vivid dreams but I don't have any people from the dead visiting me. I'll get spots where I think I'm inbetween sleep and not quite asleep and I've seen things approaching me in a not so happy fashion and I always wake up with my heart racing.

I have a ton of dream deja-vu. I have dreams and like weeks or months later I'll be having a conversation or some randomly normal occurrence and realize I dreamt it.

And then there's my dream I'm using for my movie trilogy I'm writing. But that one has freaked a few people out, so we'll save it for when that movie gets out in theaters in X amount of years! LOL.

I've recently dreamt of my dead grandpa. He's being honored this friday at the football game as most loyal fan ever. Our family is going onto the field and being presented a plaque for him. This is so special to me because aiden will get to be involved, and i would have loved for grandpa to have seen him because we named him after him.

Bran you need to read a book by Sylvia Browne, Dreams. She talks about when people think there is some dark force coming after them and how our spirit can travel while we sleep. Interesting!

Dreams really are important! They are the subconscious sending us messages, and if you can, jot them down in a journal, keep track of them, then find a good source book to help you analyse them.

As a rule, every character in our dreams is us, and the people we think we are looking at are just a representation of aspects of ourselves.

Prophetic dreams do happen, but they are the exception.
