The courtroom and flashback scenes are pretty good. What a surprise, eh? I'm glad that RC has bothered to incorporate the black gloves and have the clues we were given months ago fit into the back story through flashbacks.
I'd read that today's epi was supposed to be a decent one for CH, and I can't say I'm disappointed in her performance.

yeah a lot of these things still dont make much sense. I agree that a good lawyer could get her off, and I think that with what Lynds saw Spencer trying to do to Blair is why Blair went to her and said if you help me I will help you. Blair could say that Lynds saved her life....finally something worth watching eh
