YAH!!! So glad to hear she came out of it alright. Any word yet on if the cancer is gone?
One doc said it was all cancer, but the other doc said they wouldn't be sure until the results come back. They should be in, but my aunt and cousin are so hard to get ahold of. Maybe no news, is good news.
Well they think the one doctor was getting them worried for nothing, because two tests did not show cancer. So they decided to go ahead with the hysterectomy to remove cysts. It was going to take 4 - 5 days to find out if those cysts were cancerous.
My cousin seemed confident that even if it was cancer they got it all due to the fact that cervical cancer is slow to spread....
I emailed her sister (my cousin Jody) and am waiting to here what the results are.
