Phyllis decides to sign up for work release as a last ditch effort to get out of jail. Nick calls Sharon on her wanting to use the benefit for Cassie as a way to give Jack a good image. Jeffrey sets his sights on Jill, to the dismay of a scheming Gloria. Lily still thinks about her time with Daniel.
DANGER ON THE HORIZON JT continues to conduct his investigation of the Clear Springs construction site; where he discovers that someone is doing some on the side dirty dealings. Victor pulls all of the loans Nikki has placed on Clear Springs. JT reports cracks found in the cement at Clear Spring, but is quickly dismissed on his findings. While with David, Nikki hears a loud crash.

Shelly, I think you're onto something with suspecting David. Today, Victoria voiced her own concerns about David's "closeness" with Joe, the head construction guy. JT has already nailed Joe as the one receiving kickbacks from the concrete supplier.
