It was determined that Victor's mining of the methane was responsible for the CS explosion. Jack and Katherine are furious and while Jack is more philosophical about it, Kay plans to have Chancellor Industries sue the pants off Victor.
Victoria lies in a coma, still. No changes there.
Victor refuses to release a press statement even though Neil thinks it ought to be done. Victor is sinking into a guilt-ridden depression.

Jack tells Maggie, who is having coffee with Heather, that he might be able to crack her case. Heather asks which one that might be,
Wow, I would hate it if Noah dies because that means that Sharon and Nick lost both their kids, that would be bad form. Though I suppose if Victoria lost the baby that could be the loss. But how sucky would it be for her to have lost 2 babies. Sucky.
