That's true, but Sarah is also her cousin because Sarah's mother is Viki's, Natalie's mother, sister, and children of siblings are cousins to one another. And since they are more or less of the same generation, age-wise, the cousin relationship could be more appropriate to describe how Nat feels towards Sarah. Silly soaps, lol.
