Jack takes home a bouquet of Sharon's favourite flowers, brings a tear to her eye. He's sad his sister had to leave for LA, misses her a lot. Sharon suggests a movie and pizza for the evening, they hug, happy, happy.
Dinner at GCAC with Michael, Lauren, Gloria and Kevin. Neil calls Mike, tells him about Victor. Mike makes a dig about criminals usually getting arrested and Gloria glowers back at him. Funny. Mike dashes off to help Victor, runs into Niki and David on his way out, breaks the news. Niki horrified, bails on dinner meeting with David.
Lily's dwelling on Cane and how he told her the age difference was too much. Devon notices the sexy tension between Lily and Cane. So does the girl with them at CL.
Gloria shoots off her mouth about how she can see Victor as Ji Min's murder and Kay and Jill overhear. Jill figures it's Jack behind this, and natch Gloria agrees.
Victor and Michael discuss getting bail. Mike doesn't think it'll be easy, Victor insists, swears that whoever planted evidence against him is gonna pay.
Devon and random cute girl with him discuss the Lily/Cane situation as Lily dashes off, clearly upset about Cane.
Lauren excuses herself from the table, leaves Gloria, Kevin, Kay and Jill to discuss the Jabot contest. Jill notes that Jeffery was gushing about Gloria the other day, wants to know more about her relationship with him. And along comes Jeffery who greets Gloria with a kiss and a "hello darling".
Kay fills Cane in on what happened with Victor but doesn't believe he is capable of murder. Cane's kinda stunned by the news.
Michael warns Victor to mind his temper while in jail and not to speak to anybody, takes off.
Ding dong at Abbott's door - a reporter asking for a comment about Victor's arrest. Jack's happy but Sharon looks distraught.
Uck - Gloria and Jeffery. He forces her to make a family dinner date for tomorrow night so he can make a public proposal to her, but first she must give him $50,000 for her engagement ring. Uck.
Maggie makes fun of Victor to Heather, mocking Victor's grandiose style of speech, chuckle together. Maggie notices that Heather looks bedraggled and tired, while Heather insists that she's just fine. Enter Michael. He learns about the rebuilt video disc and how Victor was with Ji Min after JAck left the room. Michael's pissed by that news.
Niki and Nick - does she think Victor's guilty. No she can't even consider the possibility. (HAIR alert! Niki has changed her colour and it's a throwback to a seventies two tone job. Ghastly!!)
Har - Jeffery knows that Gloria has been buying up jewelry and stashing it. Lauren's back at Gloria's table, asks her what the hell is going on with Jeffery. Gloria stonewalls.
Hmmmm - Jack recalls conversations he's had with Victor about the CS disaster, contemplates Victor's guilt or innocence. Sharon knows he's gloating about Victor and takes offence. Jack walks off with a guilty expression on his face.
Niki and Neil - phone rings off the hook - reporters calling NE for statements. She says they all need to "be there for Victor" and Neil offers to prepare a statement (for her)of support for Victor. David objects strongly, suggests he can not rule out the possibility of Victor's guilt.
Victor is sprung on a million dollar bail, thanks to Nick who posted it.
Mike rejoins Lauren after getting Victor out, calls Heather "Polly-Pure-Heart", lol.
Meanwhile, cute random girl with Devon arranges a blind date for Lily with an Allen guy - cool guy Lily will like. He calls Lily, sets it up for tomorrow night at Indigo. Neil gets the news and is pleased. But Cane and Lily bump into one another and agree that it's crazy the way they keep trying to ignore their feeling for one another. They agree to "hang out" instead of being "just friends", make a date for the night after tomorrow.
Niki, back at the ranch with Nick and Victor. He ignores Niki's efforts of support.
(Hair again - Niki is wearing a fake hair piece that's dark blonde, pulls her super-blonde fringe forward. Uck.)
Gloria bugs Kevin at work, tells him she can't dodge the bullet anymore re Jeffery, that he's onto her. She declares WAR against Jeffery.
Lauren tells Mike about Gloria's dinner party tomorrow night and it's all about Jeffery. Gloria's acting strangely, very. Both agree that they have to be at that dinner.
Kay and Jill show up at the ranch to support Niki and Nick, but Victor has taken off for his office.
Victor calls Jack, accuses him of planting evidence against him, slams down the phone. Sharon sees that Jack is rattled, looks concerned.

Heather asks Daniel if he's asking her out. Daniel says "is that so hard to believe?'
Phyllis tells Jack that she's aware that he's capable of some pretty underhanded stuff. He says "right back atcha, beautiful".
thanks kae, I know that Jack and Sharon are the sweet couple but I still think that Phyllis and Jack made a better power couple. Her and Nick are kind of boring now.
And gah about Niki's hair. And argh about David. Just argh.
Shelly, I think the Phyllis and Nick pairing is temporary too, but I don't mind them together. That spumor about Summer being Jack's has surfaced again. Something to do with Nick's partial memory loss and his guilt over fooling with the paternity results.
yeah I think that we always knew something would resurface since Nick was the only one who ever saw the results. I just hope that Summer doesn't get sick before they reveal, that would be lame.
And I don't mind Nick and Phyllis, though I like Sharon and Jack better. I guess I just like anyone and Jack better.
Chortle about liking Jack and anybody better. I know! I never really liked Jack with the Vietnamese lady though. It bugged me that he was supposed to have been to Viet Nam when he was barely old enough, stretching his age, so that at the time he would have been in his mid-forties, and I still imagined him to be late thirties. Just me, maybe.
