So far there are just two events worth mentioning today. Victor is suing Niki for absolutely everything, including all of her clothes and jewelry, and the charges against Jana are dropped and she's free to leave the prison.

Nick packs up and leaves the NE office, runs into Kay who makes a comment about Victor becoming unspooled, kisses Nick and wishes him luck.

At CL, kids all have a goth party to welcome Jana home. Hmmm, Adrian isn't thrilled by Colleen's enthusiasm for Jana's release and her participation in the welcome party. (Is this the beginning of the end of Colleen and Adrian?) Jana is very subdued and confused when she sees the efforts her friends have made on her behalf. Kevin tells her she can move back in with him and work at CL. Kiss, kiss.

Kay tries to talk some sense into Victor, gets nowhere at all. Good scene! She then goes back to report to Niki what happened, offers her help getting back on her feet. She suggests that Niki go to court right away and let a judge decide the matter of the law suits.

GAH! Daniel's hair! Wait till you see that, lol.

Michael reports to Victor that the new evidence against him is very damaging. Something about an eyewitness placing Victor coming out of Ji Min's room stuffing a blood stained something into his gym bag. Victor claims it's all lies and Jack Abbott is behind this, that he had paid someone to lie. Michael disagrees and Victor threatens to fire Michael if he can't disprove this 'eyewitness".

Niki stops by Victor's office, says "Have it your way, you always do. We'll see who's forced to write a cheque".
