Finally!! Victoria wakes up! Aw, she holds her baby. Sniff, sniff. JT rushes down to tell Victor the good news. Joy all around. Nice start for the week!
Phyllis and Nick discuss working together, then Niki calls with the Victoria news. More joy, snort.
A lawyer tells Jack and Sharon that John's hand-written will, blah, blah, advises them to sell Gloria the house to them. Nope, they won't, but they learn that Gloria can move in there any time she wants, it's the law.
OMG, Glori's get-up today! Too ghastly to describe, lol. She tells Kevin she's moving into the Abbott mansion asap. Jana stops by to say hello, acts all sweet and naive. Kevin and Glo talk about different poisons. Gah. Glo tells her son to buy the poison online using Jeff's credit card. They have a new buisness manager that takes care of all their bills, so Jeff will never see that line item on the statement.
Victoria is having a little trouble finding words, then recalls the explosion. Victor assures her all will come back in time. Nick arrives, JT fills him and Niki what the doctor said over the phone - nothing unexpected. All pretty much good news.
Jana suspects something is going on with Gloria, begs for the details. Kevin agrees to tell her everything if she keeps it to herself. (Dumb Kevin, huh?)
Lawyer thinks if Jeff is anything like his brother William, he might be a reasonable guy and will listen to reason regarding the mansion. (How much wronger could he be, lol?)
Nice little reunion scene with Nick and his sister as Victor and JT look on.
Phyllis is a bit awkward as Victor comes downstairs and asks her to stay on at NVP even though Niki is no longer involved. She tries to get Victor to soften towards Nick now that Victoria is back. Doesn't look promising.
Sharon introduces herself and Jack to Jeffrey who is typically assy in response, when along comes Gloria in that gawd-awful coat and hair. Jack offers them both 2 1/2 times market value for the mansion, as much as $5 million. She refuses it flat out, asks if she LOOKS like she needs money. (No, but a few lessons in taste might be appropriate, lol.) Jeff pronounces that they "are not for sale". *snort*
Victor stands pat on his hard line with Nicholas, excuses himself from Phyllis after saying that if Nick wants to talk, he should come to see him himself. More cute chuckles between Nick and Victoria as the doctor arrives.
Sharon observes to Jack that Jeff touches Gloria as if she were his property and says she saw her cringe as he touched her. (Hmmm. Sharp girl, Sharon.)
Jeffrey wants Gloria to sleep with him - it's time for them to consummate their marriage. EEEEW.
Jack says the thought of Gloria and Bardwell moving in makes him sick. Sharon has it figured out that Gloria has something to hide. Jack agrees, now if only they could figure out what it is.
When Gloria refuses to have sex with Bardwell, he says fine, then give him access to all of her bank accounts, NOW.
Nothing too thrilling as doc gives Victoria a few cognitive tests and she does quite well.
Victor breaks the news that the murder charges against him have been dropped. Says it's interesting that Michael Baldwin was more confident that Victor didn't commit murder than his own family was. Scowl.
Kevin fills Jana in on the face cream and Bardwell's blackmail of Gloria. Jana calls Jeff diabolical and evil, says blackmail is one of her top 3 favourite subjects and offers to help Kevin make the scheme against Jeff work.
Doc gives reasonably optimistic report on Victoria's physical condition, but emotionally, it's touchy - no stress and no upsets.
Gloria sneaks Jeff's credit card info while they're at GCAC. He didn't notice (??). She hands it over to Kevin. Glo's pissed off that Jana's in on it.
Phyllis and Nick - she tries to get him to make amends with his father. He's very skeptical.
Niki and Victor agree not to burden Victoria with the divorce news and all the other nasty changes.
