Never ever a dull moment

My friend Sheena called yesterday and invited me to go karaoke with her, so of course I was game. Was having tons of fun and I was so bad on my diet I had like 3 Mt. Dews anyways towards the end of karaoke time and before we were getting ready to leave, some guy got attacked outside. It ended up that my friend knew his girlfriend, and it all stemmed from a very crazy obsessed man who was angry that this poor guy was dating her when she had turned him down. He had his friends beat him un and they certainly did so with an avarice. I've never seen anything like it. He was in shock so badly that when the cops and emts tried to get him onto the stretcher he thought they were going to attack him too. His sister finally had to sit on him and calm him down literally.

So like a kid coming home late for curfew I had to check in with Floyd and let him know what was going on because I was blocked in for an extra half hour and he worries if I'm running late. Gee and I thought I was so lucky to get prime parking right in front of the door. The place we went was one of the nicer places in town, so we never thought something like this would happen. I mean a stupid little bar fight between to dumbo drunkards is almost expected, but nothing like this. This usually happens at the less respectable places. Of course we were kicking our selves becasue we had considered going to a place about 15 min away in a different town but ended up staying because their karaoke ends an hour earlier than where we were, well with all of the drama the karaoke more or less ended an hour earlier anyways. Heck we may have even made it home earlier had we gone there. Oh well.

All in all it was a good night though. I don't get out of the house by myself very often so I really enjoyed myself. I just really hope everyone involved is ok, and they track this jerk down and give him what he deserves.

Kudos to our cops also they were really fast, and handled the situation wonderfully.

Tell me about it. I am not sure how bad he is really. I don't know the guy from Adam, but I feel bad for him. It really is the worst to get beat up by some crazy freak just because you are dating someone. Seriously this other guy needs to be put away. Toberman (the really really hot cop) said they were working on getting a judge up to sign a warrant because he is holed up in some appartment across town.

You're so right about the drama thing. I swear it's like I attract it though. This stuff never happens except on weekends that I go out. Now I know why I stay home so much lol. I think maybe next time we get the urge to do karaoke we're going to Springfield, that way the drama will just be normal. It's a bigger town so I guess it'd be kind of common for drama to take place. I really wish there was an actual karaoke lounge nearby where people can eat, and do karaoke and even rent out private karaoke rooms. I was kinda disappointed with the music selection. I sung Blackbird but when I wanted to do In the Air tonight by Phil Collins they did not have it, they didn't have tainted love either, or Paint it Black. This towns too country.

Oh but it's so fun even if someone sucks.
