I just cleaned and ran to Walmart. The kids are on break
I'm going to by Quicken Will Maker software and do my will.
Anyone here have a will yet? Seems like it's the best thing to do for the sake of your kids.
My dad wants his Will done too, just to cover all the bases. He lives with a woman and wants her to be able to stay in the house when he passes away. (hopefully he'll be around for at least another decade though)
We don't have a will and I know with a kid I should. Problem is that me and Vinnie don't agree on who should get Jolene should anything happen to her. I want my sister to have her because we share the same values. He wants to leave her with his mother who I believe is 65. Nothing against older women but I don't think its fair to Jolene or his mother to give her a small child to raise. Besides, they never attend church. I want my daughter to grow up knowing who God is and about the sacrifice Jesus made. Plus, Vinnie has Roman Catholic as his religion on his dog tags and I don't want my child raised in that religion. So in short, nope we don't have one.We have plenty of life insurance policies though because Vinnie has one through the Navy and we have some through State Farm because Vinnie's sister works there.
No will here at least not yet, but my family does at least know what I want to have done with the kids should anything ever happen.
Yesterday was the interview. It went well. They only have one shift though and that's kind of a bummer. so I might end up turning it down. I figure I'm not going to worry myself with it until I get a call back ... if I even do. You never know who waslked in before you or who will be interviewed next. I helped my cousin with ther resume yesterday so that she will now have one and I sent it in there for her.
I think I might apply at a place in Springfield as well. It's also customer service, but it is definitely open all night. Who knows. All I know is that I'm tired of not workin.
Thanks for all of the well wishes. I'm just so disappointed that they aren't open over night. Gah but on the other hand the chances for advancement are unbelievable. The lady with whom I interviewed started out at the bottom and was already a regional manager after a year and a half.
