Wow, where is everyone???This place is like a ghost town...I have been busy, but actually had the day off from both school and work and was able to watch a few soaps today..
Anyways...where are you guys. I know Tina posted as well as Jess this morning but where is everyone else
I was wondering the same thing, but then I got busy cleaning the basement. Time to throw out some toys and reorganize. I always have to separate the legos from the army guys and the toy cars, about every other month!
It's been nuts around here. I've been running back and forth between parents and little ones, Mike sick and at home, then back downtown, then back home, doctor's appointments, trying to contact the ***ing contractor who is ignoring us.
Nick will be home in 9 days and I have the whole lower level to clean up to make ready for him. It was all done but Mike came home and used both Nick's bedroom and the family room for sleeping, so there are 2 sets of sheets to be done now. Maria (cleaning lady) has no room left on her voice mail and I've been desperately trying to get in touch with her to get her help an extra two days. I'll have to take my luck when she comes tomorrow.
Tomorrow is Vanessa's third birthday! There's a little family party for her at 5. Shall post pics.
KaeEll, I'm so sorry that things have been so crazy for you, and that wretched contractor is being so elusive. The way that some of these people treat their paying customers is SO inconsiderate.
Tell him, once the job is completed, the you WON'T recommend him to anyone you know because, while his work is good (IF his work is good, which I pray that it is for your sake), he's too unreliable, and caused you a great deal of extra anxiety at a time when you least needed it!
I was runniing around like a crazy person yesterday too, with the exhibit. I'll post about it later; I was completely exhausted by the time I got home, and am currently trying to revive myself with a large mug of coffee, after having slept like the dead last night.

Yesterday I had Phoenix. I was a bit miffed because I didn't know how long I was going to have her. Her mom went to the Deal or No Deal auditions and on top of it all, Bethany's allergies were going berserk so she stayed home from school. So of course when I had to go run errands I had all 3 of them... it was interesting.
