I can stop my Wal Mart Boycott

Walmart does right

I was starting to get a lil tired of going out of our way to shop at Kroger for everything.

I saw that on AOL yesterday, and I was really glad to know that this was resolved in the RIGHT way!

The husband apparently thanked them, but is still understandably a little dubious; he's waiting to see whether or not they'll follow through on their promises. I can't imagine what kind of anxiety this family has been through over this issue so far.

But Walmart did the right thing.

Good. I don't think that with Jolene I could ever really boycott Walmart. I mean I get my oil changed there. I tried boycotting Target after the whole Salvation Army thing came out but couldnt do that either. I love their jeans

Oh -- speaking of Target again, my son says that he wants a job as one of their "furniture smashers". LOL...!!!

You know, they should set the furniture out by the dumpster when they are done wiht it. The furniture store here in town does that. I guess here it's technically public property once it's been discarded so they leave it out there for whomever would want it. I know it sounds bad, but I check all the time. My friend got the CUTEST couch set last year. She wasn't even really shopping for one, cut when she drove by on the way to the doctor's she couldn't pass it up lol.

Very interesting. Walmart got alot of free publicity huh!

Glad they did the right thing.

Wish more corporations would look out for the little people.weirdface.gif

It's a sad state of affairs when people are starving to death in the most prosperous country in the world.

Too many jobs have been sent overseas. Everything is made in China, then we get all these recalls on toys.

I really should write my politicians.
