Earth Shaking Fiday

Wow! An earthquake in Illinois. There were two that were noticeable, but usgs shows 5 all together. One was early this morning. I seriously thought it was a dream and went back to sleep, then at about 10:16 this morning while I was watching my fav radio show (they air it online) I thought I felt my someone shaking my chair then the windows rattled. Can we say crazy. It was an earthquake. 4.5 apparently .. I can't really say I experienced the first one considering I more or less did sleep through it. My cousin on the ohter hand was at her college way down in southern IL so she felt it. It really freaked her out too.

Good new also!!! I got a call from Comcast and have an interview/orientation on Monday!!! So happy! Can't wait. Getting my hair cut tomorrow. Ok ... since when did I stop using full sentences?

Congratulations and good luck, Jess. I'm sure you'll do beautifully!!

My first earthquake experience was when I lived in The Bay Area of San Francisco, and wow, I'll never forget that. They're scary things, aren't they!! Our office building was built on ball bearings so the whole thing just rolled back and forth. The big potted palm tree behind me slid down about 8 feet, just swoosh. Makes you reevaluate the old term terra firma, lol.

I didn't feel it, but some people here say they did...

I was probably sound asleep, cuz earlier in the evening I was up several times.

Thank you guys so much. What's on the agenda for all of ya today. I have to go get some new drawers for Aiden. I just got a ton of clothes for him and Bethany's teacher next year sent some for her too. It was so sweet. I think we're going to really enjoy her. She'll have her in the afternoons and she handpicked her.. ok I'm bragging but seriously can you blame me lol? Anyways she had a little girl who was dainty like Bethany and had been holding onto the clothes and figured she'd pass them down to her after realizing they'd fit her just right.

hey ladies....how are you all. Congrats and good luck on Monday Jess, I just know you will do great, getting the interview is the hard part and you did it...

Apparently when I was in Ventura California there was a small earthquake but I never noticed. Its kind of weird being from Phoenix, we don't really have any of these natural disasters....The worse we get is floods and that only gets bad when people are stupid and think they can drive through it, or decide to hike in a canyon on days when they know rain is coming...

I am a bit bored today, but sometimes bored is good. Certainly better then being super busy.

Kae, could you tell me what the brand name of the milk thistle that you use is...My bottle at home is empty and I think for a replacement bottle I might try and find the apple kind
