OK , so I am trying to set up a home network .. I think that's what it's called. We have cable internet in the front room and it's a wireless router. We just set up our older computer and want to use the extra router to connect to the internet wirelessly using the main one as the original.

I'm not having any luck though. Every time I turn the router in the bedroom on the last light doesn't light up and I can't connect to the internet. I called my cable company and got a total ditz both times. I don't know if i'll have time to wait on hold forever tomorrow and talk to another idiot. Anyways if I can get some help it would be so appreciated.
