So guys I know I haven't been around much, and I'm trying to fix that, but I'm also trying to lose weight which means sitting at the computer is kinda a no-no. But for you guys I will definitely make an exception lol. I've cut my calories down a lot. I'm donw to somewhere between 900 to 1200. Doc said I'm safe to do it because of all of the reserves my body made when I was nursing. Crazy thing is I'm really not hungry. I've introduced myself to the quaker mini rounds with like only 90 caloris in them some only 80. They are really good! Yesterday, I actually ate a hamburger (grilled and actually smaller than a deck of cards becasue now that i'm getting used to eating the smaller portions everything looks just soo huge. No bun with some cole slaw and baked beans (work had a cook out) for lunch. had a snack wrap no sauce to tide me over, supper was a bagel bite thingy and then a few snacks through the day. I must admit that I was stuffed too lol.
So now I 'm getting up and doing my yoga in the morning, and at night I do pilates and shimmy (it's beginners Belly Dancing at home and so much fun).
Ok so yeah that's kinda a wrap up. How is everyone. Beth is out of school now and not happy about that. Cody will be out soon this year has flown.
