It reminds me very much of something that happened in New York about thirty years ago. A man was hit in traffic, and cars just continued to drive over him.
HORRIBLE!
The earlier incident really brought home the fact that people had become so isolated that they had completely distanced themselves from any human or social responsibility, even to the point of ceasing to care about someone in enormous need.
This new story made me very sad...

I saw this last night on the news. I hate to watch the news anymore, too many random acts of violence. there was a clip on my station about some kid getting beat up on the bus and the bus driver did not report it.
