Well I am near the end of my first week of the new job and still haven't done any actual work. I should today, the training was horrendous so I am a little worried about being able to use the program. I was a little bit worried because normally I dont like typing on a laptop but I am actually not doing too bad.
What are all of you up to. Not a lot going on in my neck of the woods. The weather cooled off a little bit over the night. Hopefully it stays in the 70's or low 80's and not into the 90's. It still hasn't rained but my in laws have had nothing but rain in the last week so I imagine it may be coming my way. Rain would be good now, we are trying to grow some grass.
Kae I forgot to set the DVR for todays Y&R but I will set it tonight on soap net. I haven't actually watched any soaps this week because of work. Its been kind of nice to have something else to do. OKay, I guess this is enough of me talking about nothing in particular. What is new with all of you, this place has been kind of dead lately. Anyone heard from Sophia.
It's 10 past 9 and I have to drive Ted to the subway in 15 minutes. So far, today is free until 4, then it's back in action as chauffeur and cheerleader. This is also cleaning lady day, so who knows what kind of racket she'll be making. Not a complaint, just an observation.
Shelly, I really want your feedback on that one scene in the Y&R epi from yesterday. Don't forget!!
I don't like laptop typing either - too tiny, and I don't like those bitsy little pad thingies instead of a mouse. Old dog, new tricks, lol.
Gah, Ted wants breakfast to eat in the car. Back in a little while.
well I do have a regular mouse. If we ever get out own office I will probably bring in my own key board. Besides the buttons being small I think that they are kind of noisy. Too many clicky sounds.
I will let you know what I think about Y&R, I won't be able to watch until after 7 but I will watch it for sure.
