Michael hires Paul to help him locate his father, Lowell Baldwin.
The fab four clash over the magazine again. N&P think youth market, J&S think elegance, older market. RS isn't doing well on the newstands but the web zine is getting lots of hits.
Gloria catches flack from both Niki and Jill for being late for work.
Neil is cautious about accepting Devon's aunt and cousin's presence. He wonders why they're REALLY there. (I suspect they have no money, are looking for a little free ride.)
David screws up a meeting, didn't get his report done. Jill sniffs out trouble between Niki and her husband. Paul warns David that he's watching him.
More magazine clashes between the ladies. Nick intervenes, Sharon comes up with a good idea, Phyllis objects, blah, blah. They finally all agree it has potential, and Amber will be the very character they need for the promotion idea!! Amber's funny today.
Jack arrives at Jabot, gets a chuckle out of Gloria's new job.
Devon and Lily discuss Tyra and Anna (kid). He says he trusts them. Meanwhile, Neil has taken the aunt and cousin out to Indigo for breakfast. Yolanda has started using drugs again, she says. Yappy chit chat. She seems to have her act together. (Is this the woman that causes problems for Karen and Neil? Probably, huh?)
And MORE clashes at the magazine, this time it's Phyllis against Sharon and Nick. (Phyllis really has no use at all for Amber, and Phyllis's age seems to be showing here. She is a lot older than Nick and Sharon and it's beginning to show - not physically, but in her attitude. I wonder if she and Jack will get together after all in the end. Hmmm)
Jack notices that Niki is distracted. Jill enters, more snarkiness from her. Sheesh! (Jill sure has been taking her nasty pills regularly these days!)
Lily, Neil, Devon and the relatives - filler at Indigo. Lily gives her father advice on the Devon thing.
Jack agrees with Sharon and Nick on Amber. Phyllis is really pissed off that Nick has gone against her, siding with his ex. Trouble brewing there.
Jack confesses to Sharon that he misses Jabot so much.
Gloria eavesdrops on David telling Niki that he has a meeting at the club, hears Niki say she doesn't trust him.
Paul tells Lauren and Michael that his Michigan connections came up with a River Baldwin, a brother possible? Nope - it's actually Lowell Baldwin and he's wanted for murder.
Adrian tells Jack and Nick that Sabrina has gone from a nobody to a somebody in the art world at warp speed. Nick asks if he found anything interesting.
Chloe, Lily and Cane. I couldn't catch it, something about sending Lily to LA, Cane staying there and what a shame.
Michael confronts Gloria about neglecting to tell him that his father had been arrested for murder and that she bailed him out.
Sounds like a good show, I guess I can almost see Phyllis thing with Amber only because I think she may be over protective of Daniel, but thats it. Im glad that they gave the Amber thing a go. I like her.
And I am really intrigued about the Michael stuff. Glad they finally threw him a story that didn't involve him being a Newman lawyer or a supportive husband or Gloria's oldest.
