my new puppy

It's been a rough few days potty training. She has hook worms and cocci- something

she is half lab and half great pyrenees

very lovable and getting used to the nights here, stays outside most of the day - lays in my hosta plant

in the photos she just had a bath (and my son's hair is all frizzed out!)

Oh, my God -- she is SO cute!!! You're lucky that I don't live nearby, or she might end up dognapped...

The first dog that Jim and I ever had together as a couple was a half-Lab/half-Border Collie female, and she was the BEST dog. She definitely had the best of both breeds. If your dog is part Lab, she'll be very, very sweet. They're really gentle. You just have to get past the puppy phase, but it's worth it!

Big dogs are great for kids -- especially for boys who are a little older. Larger dogs don't mind a little rough play, and boys like to have DOGS, not large rats! This ought to be a great experience for your kids, and (what's the name???) will be a companion to them for many years.

But, she's just beautiful, and I'd adopt her in a heartbeat too.

What a cutie pie dog!!!

Speaking of animals...I'm pet-sitting a hedgehog for a co-worker right now. Does anyone know anything about them? She told me next to nothing, and I just put some cat food in its bowl as directed each day. It's really an ugly thing. I don't understand its appeal as a pet. It's just does this hissing type noise at me and bristles up. You can't even hold the damn thing!

did you say hedgehog? I've never heard of someone having one as a pet

I call the puppy Daisy. my husband calls her bandit.

I have a Yorkie too and so far they are getting along. The yorkie is an indoor dog.

Oh the puppy got into mud tonight, after me helping my husband hang cabinets in the garage and cleaning that, and cleaning up the kids, then had to give puppy a bath!

I'm exhausted! yawn.gif

She's very lovable Moore, you would want her for sure! She's like a Teddy Bear.

I have never heard of anyone keeping a hedgehog as a pet! Good grief1 Good luck, Jojo. They aren't exactly cuddly.

Tina your new puppy is the sweetest little baby. Give him lots of kisses and hugs and he'll be your angel forever.

HOw cute Jess!

The hedgehog does absolutely nothing. And it totally isn't cuddly. If I wanted to pick it up, I better make sure I have gardening gloves on and a towel ready. But, why on earth would I want to pick the thing up? It's disgusting.
