Sabrina and Jana arrive at RS for a photo shoot to accompany the article. Then Victor shows up, all doom and gloom to pump Nick about Nikki.
Jack announces at a dinner meeting that RS has sworn off "edgy". And Gloria appears, mouthing off about "their" pool party, taking credit for convincing some woman present to advertise in RS. Nikki says she appreciates Gloria's input at Jabot, too. (Oh no! This is feeding Gloria's brilliant idea to take over Jabot, )
Chloe worries she might be pregnant, calls Cane, finagles a meeting with him on Jabot stuff.
Jana talks to Amber about Daniel coming home very soon. Phyllis confronts Amber with the camisole she found (not knickers as I thought last week), tosses them at her. (Spoilers say Amber confesses to Daniel and he dumps her.) Nasty exchange.
Jack tells Sharon that HIS concept for RS is do or die, Phyllis and Nick will have to suck it up.
Ugh - Chloe settles in at Cane and his buddy's table at Indigo, waits for Oz guy (Cane's buddy) to bring her a drink. (I thought she was pregnant!) Caine's barely able to stand her presence but indulges her.
Nikki shows up at RS, spills what Jack said at the GCAC about taking the magazine mainstream, chucking the edgy. Nick curses. Meanwhile, Jack bulldozes ahead with his "upscale product". Sharon looks a little worried.
Victor mumbles into a phone, something about Gamblers Anonymous, says it's important, get back to him. Adam overhears, calls someone to set up a meeting later, tell him everything he knows about David Chow.
Chloe's sitting sipping an umbrella drink while Cane and his buddy get quite drunk.
Jana plants the idea in Amber that they need to share EVERYTHING with their guys about what they did when apart. Honesty is always the best policy. *snort*

Nick complains to his mother about Jack and in come that Hilton woman and the obnoxious redhead from the springtime. Jack hired them back without telling Nick. Lots of anger from Nick.
Gloria eavesdrops on Jack telling Sharon how much he misses Jabot. Gloria plots that if she had Jack on her team, she could get her rightful place back at Jabot.
Nick and Nikki brainstorm with the redhead and Hilton woman for ideas for the mag cover, make decisions, sans Jack. Jack finally arrives and is pissed off that Nick was there with his people.
Skye meets with Adam to talk about David Chow, Victor sees them, gets an introduction. Skye notices the tension between Adam and his father, due to Adam's new girlfriend, he explains.
Jeff gives Gloria the idea to buy up the public shares of Jabot. She LOVES it.
More falling down drunk Cane. Ugh.
Adrian turns up at Indigo for a drink, Amber spies him across the room. She is riddled with guilt! Adrian says nonchalantly that if she's so damn worried Daniel will find out, tell him herself.
Chloe gets help piling the 2 drunken Ozzies into her car. (Oh geez - will she pretend that she and Cane had sex so she can claim him as her baby's father?)
Jack causes problems in the decision making for the cover, throws out objections left and right. (Stop this, Jack!!)
Victor buttonholes Nikki - they have to talk.
Sabrina gives Jana a new age crystal representing eternal love. Hugs.
Phyllis wants to fire Amber or just make her quit. Nick urges her to let this go or she'll be sorry.
Sharon calls Jack on not wanting to share the limelight with Nick. Pissed off, he calls Phillipe Chandereau who happens to be in Chicago. Let's talk about Sabrina.
Cane passes out in Chloe's car. She undresses him and herself, mounts him. She says to herself how smart she was to have had the Indigo bartender serve her only virgin cocktails.
Skye tells Adam that Chow seems like a habitual gambler and she agrees to watch him more closely next time, as it's important to him - it'll give him more leverage with Victor, he says.
Victor tells Nikki she is being naive regarding Chow, that he is dangerous and she is playing with fire, have a nice day.

Lily angrily asks Chloe and Cane WHAT happened. He says nothing, Chloe says 'we had sex".
Amber and Daniel play with the Ouija board. He asks it if Amber looked at other guys while he was gone and it shoots off to the "yes".
Oh, I hope NOT! Cane was really, really drunk, so I don't think they really had sex, but he'd not remember what happened anyway. Not to be too graphic, but would it even have been possible considering his state? Nah! Drunk is brain dead as well as the sumpthin' else.
My guess is he'll probably accept what Chloe says and step up, take responsibility, and of course ruin everything with Lily. Chloe is all kinds of horrible, non?
What I saw today was that Jack and Phyllis are beginning to move in the same arc of bad deeds and their respective spouses are starting to object. Sharon doesn't like Jack's self-serving behaviour, Nick doesn't like Phyllis's underhanded meddling with Daniel and Amber. Sharon knows Jack is capable of sneaky tricks, Nick knows the same of Phyllis. Both deny it all. Hmmm.
I wouldn't like it if the partners switched again. It was hard enough the first time. I'd rather they make a story out of the couples struggling to get past their problems which is usually way more interesting than divorce.
What I'd love to see is Chloe getting caught for her lies, deceits and schemes!! We so often have to go through a bunch of misunderstandings first before there's any satisfying ending, lol. Just this once, please?
I'm starting to dislike Cane now too. What kind of dumb schlub doesn't see what Chloe's up to?
Sabrina was a bit of an enigma today with her giving Jana that little thoughtful present. I really prefer hating her, lol, but that was really sweet. Also funny when Nikki entered RS and saw her, treated her like something that HAD to be addressed, like a friend's new dog, whether you like dogs or not, lol. Nikki has that routine down to a science. Love it. She always puts Sabrina in her place.
Kind of amusing about Niki, these writers are sure writing really well for her these days. And I actually agree with you on the Phyllis/Nick and Jack/Sharon thing. I kind of like them together. Wish they would keep evil Jack away a little longer.
