It's hot and steamy here, muggy, typical July weather. Ted took my car downtown this morning as his van's AC conked, so I'm stuck home until 5. There's no way I'm snorting around doing errands in a hot clammy car! Yuck. And I won't let him take the subway for another couple of weeks. I don't think crowded pushy tunnels are the best way to help him heal, regain his strength. At last, finally, he is listening to me! It only took a near death experience... .
Rush hour is very busy, but far more civilized that non-rush hour. Regular commuters, by car, tend to be far more accomodating, far less aggressive than the yahoo dolts at other times.
